What a great experience I just had. I was interested in purchasing a few ebikes. I wanted to test…read moredrive, but the one I wanted was not in my location (lectric bike). I made the quick trip to Prospect to Jeffs bicycle repair. He let me try several bikes around the neighborhood. I was given good instruction how to drive them. I was shown the differences between the different bikes. They had several different suppliers and models to test. I ended up ordering one and a bike rack also. They will be putting it together for me when it comes in. I was super impressed by the customer service and happy to support a local business.

It's just too much for the young people that work there to walk the recyclables to the recycle bins... A++++ FROM CUB SCOUT PACK 236! I called up A & B hoping they…read morehad a flat bike tire that we could have for a repair & replace demonstration for our Cub Scout den meeting. Not only did they have one, but they offered to come to the den meeting and give the demonstration. That's when I met Annette & Bill - a very nice couple who were happy to donate their time & resources to give to our 5th graders a hands-on lesson about repairing/replacing a tire, and bicycle maintenance & upkeep. After the meeting, I also took my 25 year old mountain bike to them for a much needed tuneup before leading the Cub Scout 10 mile bike ride. They went above & beyond just a tune-up, fixing everything that needed repair - and in record time. They gave me back a bike that performed beautifully - just like when it was new! I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was for all the work they did on my bike! THANK YOU ANNETTE & BILL! We will definitely be back for hobby stuff & anytime we have a bike needing repair!

Super fast service and I will be coming in on Tuesday when they open (wrote this on a Sunday) to look for bike mirrors! I would also love it if they offered service at my house as it's not always easy to get my bike in and out of my suv with the car seats. haha Thanks A&B
