I was Not Aware About the Willard Optometry place being connected with Finley optometry clinic???

I have been a patient for over 4 years and have always had insurance through the Military. I am getting deployed and my insurance with Tricare got messed up so they are showing me as not being covered, however my unit assured me that I would be covered once everything was straightened out with the military and would be back dated to October 1st. I would have been covered for my sons office visit, but North West Ohio Orthopedics is only concerned with making money and not the patient. I had an appointment set but they called me back about another appointment and informed me that I did not have coverage and asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. Basically telling me they were cancelling my appointment in other words. At this point I was a little floored and upset instead of asking me about the insurance they just wanted to cancel my appointment. The military would have paid for the visit just like they have every other time. I am now in search of an office that I can trust my kids will be able to get an appointment while I am gone even if the Military messes up my insurance. Glad this happened now instead of when I was actually deployed.

I was checked in very short…read moreorder. had a minimal wait in the lobby and was called back to the prep area. i was prepped at 7:30 am and was taken back to the surgery area at 8:30am. and was back in recovery at 9:30 am. staff was very friendly and very professional as was the surgeon. he explained everything in a way that easy for me to understand. It was not busy, which surprised me, and I got right in. The nurses and the doctor were very nice and caring. They really listened to what I had to say and was very thorough. What really surprised me was I got a phone call on Sunday morning to see how I was feeling and if the medicine was working. I could not be more pleased with the staff. I would definitely recommend going to Physicians Plus.

I was traveling for work when I became ill and needed a flu/COVID test prior to returning home…read more They tried to collect all kinds of information they didn't need or have the right to request (like my SSN) "to check whether I'm in the system" despite me telling them repeatedly I live out of state and had never been there before. There were no patients there when I arrived and they left me sitting in a patient room with nausea fighting back vomiting for over an hour after they took my swabs for COVID and flu testing. I only heard one other patient while I was there. They got really hurried to help me get out of there when I finally had to leave the exam room to find the toilet to take a puke. Find somewhere else to get care if it is at all urgent, because nobody who works here gives a flying flock.
