I have been going there for years. Only one experience that was not good in all that time. I went again yesterday because I could not contact my doctor. They accessed the situation promptly, took the steps needed to see to my care, and gave me the meds I needed. Efficient and friendly check in. Front entry is under construction but signage to go around through the north entrance is clearly marked. Nichole was friendly in getting me started, and Aline was patient and thorough in the exam. Being a Saturday and my family doctor was not in I went to Physicians Plus since I was not feeling well and could not be more pleased. It was not busy, which surprised me, and I got right in. The nurses and the doctor were very nice and caring. They really listened to what I had to say and was very thorough. What really surprised me was I got a phone call on Sunday morning to see how I was feeling and if the medicine was working. I could not be more pleased with the staff. I came here to write an honest review after reading a few terrible ones. I took my little boy here when I suspected he had strep after-hours. The entire staff was very kind and professional. The P. A. that examined him was patient with his many questions (he's four), and even brought him a popsicle for his sore throat. It was a great kid-friendly experience. read more

My daughter had a fever so I gave her childrens motrin at home. 30 minutes later her eye swelled up so much she could hardly see out of it. So I rushed her to Physicians Plus and the pediatrician said it was just pink eye and gave her some drops. Im no doctor, but I knew it wasnt pink eye.Here eye was not even red. It was the lid that was red and swollen. So I took her to Blanchard Valley Hospital ER and they knew right away what it was. She had sever Periorbital Cellulitis and needed to be on IV antibiotics right away so they transported her to Children's Hospital in Toledo. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CAN! read more

My 17 yr old son was being seen for a splinter under his fingernail. The CNP was explicitly told he could not have anything that thins the blood as he was having surgery in a few days- doctor's orders. We were about finished and I took my 1yr old grandson out of the exam room since he was starting to fuss. While I was gone the CNP gave my son 600mg of ibuprofen. My son said he thought he wasn't allowed to have that and the CNP told him it wasn't a blood thinner! Either there was a blatant disregard to the patient's request here or the CNP needs a refresher in basic medical care! read more

This place is the biggest joke! My baby had a fever of 103.3 with a rash all over his stomach. We had to wait as most places and i was fine with that. After we got called back the nurses came in for a sec. Then i waited. ... and waited.... and waited.... and after an hour in a half of waiting and my baby crying i was more than upset. I was now debating on leaving. After hearing a nurse say oh i have to take this, picks up her cell phone and i hear her talking about doing taxes. She walks into my room cell phone to her ear and put a finger up, signaling that i wait and walks out. That was it. I packed my baby up and walked out. Being a nurse myself im not stupid nor am i going to sit around while these nurses gossip loudly about buying houses, gettting talked to for their charting not being done and answering cellphones. A BIG middle finger to all the workers there. read more
