I highly suggest you keep looking for another specialist; the office…read morestaff are extremely rude and inconsiderate, and you can rarely get a human on the phone in the office (phones are either busy, you have to leave a voicemail, or hold for over 20mins). Staff makes you feel like your concerns are an inconvenience to them and getting answers and results takes way too long (4 to 7 days at least!) In the office you can be the first patient on the schedule for the day, but you will still wait hours to see the provider and the staff does not communicate with the patients to let them know the provider is running late; seriously there are better offices out there, keep looking!

Last, but not least, the physicians were amazing....very informative, honest and gentle. I'm very fortunate to have visited the clinic. Absolutely the BEST! They have also served our family and Thank the Lord Almighty they are doing great. In the future, I will always recommend this office to anyone needing an evaluation or even a second opinion. So I walked in and they had the most amazing pumpkin contest I have seen in a long time. I got seated and within minutes I get brought to a room to get my flu shot. I was nervous because the flu shots usually hurt, but this time was different I almost couldn't feel the needle in me. Or however flu shots work. Then after I was thirsty for water, so I asked where I can find some water. They said I'll be right back. Seconds later I get brought out bottle water. Best water I've had. So in all the staff cared about their patients, efficient, and organized. Highly recommend.
