It is not only annoying but makes you feel like they are stressed or being bothered by having to deal with you. During my recent appointment, the only two staff members who actually acted in a pleasant manner were the OD I saw & the lady who checked me out. This staff is in much need of "customer service" training--------this is not Mc Donald's!!~~!!!!
