So this is an update to my previous post, not only did he not check my daughter, but forcefully pushed vaccines constantly. But now we're in a situation where if we had months prior seen a specialist, we would not need a cranial specialist and she would not need to wear a helmet. All things to this beautiful Doctor Who only cares about vaccines and does not care about children. He did not check her head properly. And she has moderate to severe issues with her head shape. And I was told multiple times don't worry she's fine, but he never once checked her pulse, her head or her figure. I had to argue with him to check my daughter. Fast-forward three months later after transitioning to another doctor , shortly after I changed doctors this new doctor caught it immediately. From the visit the same day. The Doctors are amazing but the staff not so great they're so rude when they call you to give you information about a patient like if they hate their job Grace is so rude. There's only like three girls there there nice but the others one seems like they don't care about their job. They just treat people, however, and they gossip in the office the whole time. read more

A long time ago I brought my daughter for fever and they dismissed her, working for a lab we did a throat culture and turned up with strep. Called them and didn't even apologize but gave her antibiotics. Now my grand baby saw him for concerns my daughter had and she was brushed off, said it was a tantrum. Dr. Garcia came in prescribing Advil for pain and had not even heard my concerns yet. How can you diagnose without talking to us first. Baby was clenching fist and teeth and putting his knees together. That was not normal and it was not a tantrum. I should know, I've seen his tantrums. Not going back again. read more

Dr. Kim is horrible!! None of the doctor here consider parent's concerns but specially Dr. Kim. He absolutely doesn't care!! He is rude and he walked out on me as i was talking. If i don't have support my son doesn't need to be seen by somebody that treats humans like animals. He needs to update his education on behavioral issues and take a humanitarian course. read more

Dr. Kim has been my son's pediatrician literally since the day he was born. Not long after I had him, Dr. Kim came to my hospital room and introduced himself and told me that my son was perfectly healthy. Since he was there the day my son was born, we decided that we would continue to see him. We never have a long wait when we go to his office and making an appointment is easy. They can usually fit you in the same day or by the next day. The staff are for the most part friendly and helpful. The office was recently renovated with hardwood floors and a TV so the kids can watch cartoons while waiting to see the doctor, which is really nice once the kiddos are older and want to run around. There were a few times when my son was younger that he had a really high fever so I called the doctor's answering service and he always called back and was very helpful. Being a first time mom, I may have called a little much a few times but he understood and was helpful and told me what to do. By the way, there are actually a few doctor's at this office, we primarily see Dr. Kim but have had very pleasant experiences with the other doctors the few times he was not in. My son is now 3, we recently went in for his checkup and now my son can't stop talking about him. Every time he bumps his head or hurts himself, he says he needs to go see Dr. Kim. It's so cute! My son LOVES Dr. Kim!!! read more

First off there receptionist is horrible shes super rude! (She sits in the corner) Not friendly at all I walked in and I said hi and she didn't even respond she just looked at me with her big round face all confused and when another mom passed by she said bye to the receptionist and again she didn't respond i just saw the face of the mother walking out upset. I really LOVE this office especially Dr.Garcia he is the main reason I keep coming back to this location, but I never had a problem before until NOW!!!! All the girls are always nice and so sweet when I go in and call but this time I called and spoke to TANIA .... I totally get it that you can't fax shot records or any personal information but there's a PROFESSIONAL WAY TO SAY NO. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because ONE person should not be judged by the whole office. read more

I absolutely love Dr. Garcia. The office is great. The staff is very friendly. When it comes to scheduling they work around my son's school schedule. We have been coming to this doctor for years. We've moved out of Van Nuys and now live in Chatsworth and we are willing to make the drive out here. Great staff, great doctors, great service! read more

Parents Beware!!!!!!! First of all,office is over loaded with mothers and kids so they try rushing you out of there as quick as possible.We were asking the female doctor that works there questions about our son and the visit at the time and she's halfway out the door answering them rushing to go to the next patient. Next We started bringing our son here for his shots,we signed a waiver saying we didn't want a flu shots oat i believe his 8-9 month visit.Then the next visit,it was given to him without our consent.It was never mentioned that it was gonna be given to him to us by the Doctor but she clearly told the nurse to give it to him(we asked the nurse when we went back furiously,who gave you permission because wsure didn't and she said the dr.)When we went back to ask for a copy of our waiver it was no longer present in our records.It had suddenly disappeared and doctor kept making accusations that she mentioned it to us that it was gonna be giving to him and started apologizing like crazy when i told her how is it possible two people can't hear the word flu being mentioned.This place is very unproffessional,they can't keep track or record of their patients information.and will do anything to cover their tracks when they don't want to admit their mistake.Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else besides here. The doctors involved was a female doctor but Dr Kyu was the one telling us that no waiver was in our records even though we had signed one over to the nurse the visit before and it was clearly marked on the shot card that it was not given to him the visit before for a very specific reason of course. read more

The Doctor was good but the Clinics Bathroom is Poor No changing Table for the babies Sucks! The office staff are unprofessional keep holding the patients phone call because the office staff are busy gossiping each other talking shits. I feel sorry for the person online,Office staffs gossips are more important than patients, Where is this people coming from they don't know what is customer service.
