My son is 5 months old and I've been bringing him to Dr Marshall since he was born and she is amazing. She is extremely professional, caring, and does a great job. The office staff are great and the nurses are outstanding. While under the care of Dr. Marshall, my infant sons pneumonia went undiagnosed for over a month and now, almost three months later and under the care of another pediatrician and pulmonologist, I am still caring for a very sick 5 month old baby who should have been hospitalized. visit after visit, his severe cough was brushed off by Dr. Marshall, even after a negative rsv test. This is my third child, the cough is really bad, there is fever, could this be pneumonia?? "Nooo don't say that!" Marshall finally ordered a chest X-ray, turns out it's bilateral pneumonia and she prescribed amoxicillin. I got one follow up call a couple days later, no sense of urgency or serious concern. It seems dr. Marshall is distracted and a little checked out when meeting with patients. I won't be back and regret staying with her as long as I did. read more

Very sad to have to leave Dr. Marshall. She has been a great doctor to my now two year old, but we just can't wait an hour to see her every time. On many occasions it has taken over an hour to see the doctor and I just can't expect my toddler to wait that long in a small room. Looking for other pediatricians because of the wait times. The office she is part of is newly remodeled, and the entire staff is super friendly. There is always a doctor on call at any time of the day and he is always fast to call back. We love Dr. Marshall! The entire experience of docs visits has become so very enjoyable! Everything from the staff to the decor to her bedside manner is lovely. We have been seeing Dr. Marshall for the past two years and we love her so much ! She is so kind and patient with my two kids and never rushes us at all. She always answers every last question I have and is so knowledgeable! It is also easy to get a last minute appointment for sick kids and the nurses are happy to answer any questions over the phone. It is a big office full of other great doctors as well. In the event you have to see a different doctor I know we are in good hands. The only downside can be the occasional long wait times. Edit: I have to change my review from 5 to 3...Not because I don't really love Dr. Marshall but her office leaves much to be desired. Sadly because of this I have changed peds. The wait times are insane (between an hour and 2 hours even). Trying to wrangle a toddler in a cramped office for over an hour is basically impossible. Also when I brought in my sick 3mo I was told to wait in the hall and I could "take a seat" on the outgoing lab sample box. No thanks! Also the assistants do not seem to have much experience with young children. One medical assistant was trying to get my daughter's height and weight and the whole experience was borderline traumatic for her. I think the busyness of the office and burnt out staff gets in the way of Dr. Marshall's kindness and care. Dr. Marshall is the BEST! I interviewed her when I was 9 months pregnant and I'm so grateful to have her as our LO's doc. She is kind, smart, has a great bedside manner and is a mother herself so she "gets it"!
