Dr. Dafna even calls you with updates during her off time, which is amazing since she's also a busy parent! For the patients, she earns their trust by speaking to them and asking their permission to give them a check-up. She tells them what she's going to do, and looks them straight in the eye. She never talks down to them, nor does she ignore them and speak only to the parent. My children, who normally fear doctor visits, are all put at ease when they see Dr. Dafna, and actually are excited when they hear it's time to go to her office!
