She was very interactive with my baby, making her laugh throughout the appointment, and I could tell she genuinely connected with her. Not only did she take her time checking on my baby, but she also checked on me as a new mom, which meant so much. She truly comes across as a sweetheart who cares deeply about her patients and families. The office itself is very clean, which is always reassuring. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was the front desk experience. The receptionist didn't seem very friendly or welcoming -- no smile or acknowledgment when we walked in, which feels especially important in a pediatric office. It may have just been an off day, but first impressions matter. That said, Dr. Roozrokh was absolutely fantastic, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back. I look forward to building a long-term relationship with her as our pediatrician!

It seemed like she was hating her job that day. She also seemed combative. I specifically chose her because I wanted to support a WOC medical doctor and thought she might be a good fit but I was sadly mistaken. I didn't even complain but I think she knew she was being a snarky because she offered a subtle apology -- saying she didn't want to leave a bad impression or something along those words. I just told her it was fine but after I left the appointment, I thought about it and realized I really didn't like the way my time there made me feel. Even my daughter noticed it. On the other hand, the front desk stuff were very nice.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF A PEDIATRICIAN EVER. -NEW PATIENT-…read moreIt started with check in, I was not greeted. Then I finically got taken into the back, the nurse wanted to separate my kids in two different rooms because I was by myself and I guess wanted to make the appointment go by faster. But I told them no, because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my 2 year old with someone I didn't know. And then she said to me "Next time maybe bring someone with you." Which is insensitive comment to make when you see a mom of 2 trying to make it happen at a doctor's appointment instead of asking if I need any assistance. Janette was the only staff was really nice and tried helping during the chaos. Then the doctor came in, DR. SCOTT S. CALIG and wasn't friendly at all. Didn't ask 1 question about my kids (who are new patients) but asked "What's your concerns or issue with Vaccines" (because the nurse asked earlier if I was getting vaccines today and I said no) so I told him I just wanted to do more research with them before giving my daughter more. And he goes and on about how I need to get them and they are a must with kids and I am putting my kids In danger if I don't. This man was pretty much arguing with me because I asked for a list of vaccines my daughter was missing and he wouldn't provide it to me he said hename them off the top of his head. Smh. I've been to other pediatricians in California & Also in New Jersey and no one has ever been so unprofessional & Pushy. I normally wouldn't write reviews but the amount of anxiety and pressure I felt from this doctor was unreal. I strongly encourage parents who have a voice for their children and care about being heard. DO NOT see this doctor please.

We've been taking our daughter to Valley Pediatrics Medical Group for the past 15 years, and I…read moretruly can't say enough good things about the doctors. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and have always provided excellent care. They've been a huge part of our family's life, and we're incredibly grateful for them. Unfortunately, something has changed on the administrative side. Over the last several visits, there seem to be new fees for everything, and it's become shockingly expensive just to receive routine medical care. It feels like every appointment comes with another unexpected charge, which is frustrating and disappointing after being loyal patients for so many years. What made our most recent visit even more frustrating was arriving early for our 11:15 appointment to find the office practically empty. Despite that, we were told that although they knew our appointment was at 11:15, my daughter wouldn't be seen until 11:30--even with only one patient ahead of us. It's hard to understand why appointments are running behind when the waiting room is nearly empty. The doctors are still exceptional, and this review is in no way a reflection of the care they provide. My concern is with the administrative side of the practice. I hope management takes a hard look at both the increasing costs and the scheduling because it's becoming much harder for long-time families like ours to continue coming here.
