Not only did she take her time checking on my baby, but she also checked on me as a new mom, which meant so much. She truly comes across as a sweetheart who cares deeply about her patients and families. The office itself is very clean, which is always reassuring. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was the front desk experience. The receptionist didn't seem very friendly or welcoming -- no smile or acknowledgment when we walked in, which feels especially important in a pediatric office. It may have just been an off day, but first impressions matter. That said, Dr. Roozrokh was absolutely fantastic, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back. I didn't even complain but I think she knew she was being a snarky because she offered a subtle apology -- saying she didn't want to leave a bad impression or something along those words. I just told her it was fine but after I left the appointment, I thought about it and realized I really didn't like the way my time there made me feel. Even my daughter noticed it. Which is insensitive comment to make when you see a mom of 2 trying to make it happen at a doctor's appointment instead of asking if I need any assistance. Didn't ask 1 question about my kids (who are new patients) but asked "What's your concerns or issue with Vaccines" (because the nurse asked earlier if I was getting vaccines today and I said no) so I told him I just wanted to do more research with them before giving my daughter more. And he goes and on about how I need to get them and they are a must with kids and I am putting my kids In danger if I don't. This man was pretty much arguing with me because I asked for a list of vaccines my daughter was missing and he wouldn't provide it to me he said hename them off the top of his head. Smh. I've been to other pediatricians in California & Also in New Jersey and no one has ever been so unprofessional & Pushy. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and have always provided excellent care. They've been a huge part of our family's life, and we're incredibly grateful for them. Unfortunately, something has changed on the administrative side. Over the last several visits, there seem to be new fees for everything, and it's become shockingly expensive just to receive routine medical care. It feels like every appointment comes with another unexpected charge, which is frustrating and disappointing after being loyal patients for so many years. What made our most recent visit even more frustrating was arriving early for our 11:15 appointment to find the office practically empty. Despite that, we were told that although they knew our appointment was at 11:15, my daughter wouldn't be seen until 11:30--even with only one patient ahead of us. It's hard to understand why appointments are running behind when the waiting room is nearly empty. The doctors are still exceptional, and this review is in no way a reflection of the care they provide. My concern is with the administrative side of the practice. I hope management takes a hard look at both the increasing costs and the scheduling because it's becoming much harder for long-time families like ours to continue coming here.

Anyway, while my toddler was scream crying, Dr. Toomari was explaining to me which vaccines he recommended-- we've been doing a delayed vaccination schedule since she was 4 months old--then he proceeds to tell me "she needed Hep A last visit but you didn't want it, I'm not sure why" what??? I literally go based off of his recommendations... anyway, while I'm still trying to settle my toddler he then sternly yells her name as if trying to get her to be quiet? I know it's frustrating, but you're a pediatrician, you know what it's like at this age, so shouldn't there be some more patience? The office takes walk-ins every day between 8-9 am and on Saturdays. The parking is fairly inexpensive. We usually paid around $2-3 per visit. I'm sure the office gets busy, but our appointments were usually in the mornings and we never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. It's too bad our insurance changed and we couldn't continue going to Dr. Osher.

I have two boys and when we go for a physical she is with us for a good hour and a half at least. Talking with us, about everything from school work, sleeping, eating, sports they are playing. She really cares about them in every way, emotionally, mentally and physically. After talking with the parents, she then gives them a complete physical exam, literally from head to toe. She is knowlegeable friendly, warm, compassionate and engaged. Once when my son had a rota-virus, I had to take him to urgent care, and they faxed her with the results. She called me as soon as she received the fax that he'd been seen in urgent care to make sure he was ok and to schedule a follow-up visit.
