That beautiful woman you see on the face of this provider is Dr. Carly Alexander. I've been with miracle mile pediatrics since my baby girl's 1st appointment and they have been absolutely amazing. She is absolutely amazing. They are very expensive and you have to pay nearly $30 for parking with a credit card (NO DEBIT) just to leave but it's worth it. Among the first time I started coming I didn't know you had to use solely a credit card and I left my credit card at home DR. Alexander paid for me to get out of the parking structure. She didn't even have to do that she did it just because she's such a great woman. Her children and her husband are so blessed. She's been so loving and sweet and I love how she is with my baby girl. She's been so supportive and helpful the Drs and receptionists are truly amazing. I have never had such quality of service with a medical provider before and because they are so good to me and my baby it is just so heartwarming. I'd give them a million stars if I could it's gonna be hard to travel here when my husband gets stationed in Oceanside but I will do everything in my power to come back because my daughter is in good hands. Our daughter is a NICU grad. We were at a highly "recommended" pediatrician's office before switching to Miracle Mile. I wish we had attended Miracle Mile from the start. We've been with Dr. Asnani for more than 12 years now--she's been my daughter's pediatrician since birth. She was recommended to me by my excellent OBGYN, and I'm so grateful that we connected with her from the beginning. My daugher LOVES her--she has always been kind and compassionate. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Asnani since 2021 and this year her office moved and ever since plagued with ongoing communication issues. I requested in the correct email for my questions to be directed to the doctor I was sent patient portal links and no responses and I had no access to and requested multiple times to reset access to the patient portal. ALSO, I submitted questions for the doctor and I requested to have an allergy form filled out for my daughter's school and they informed me I had to have an updated physical for her in order to have the form filled out. Two appointments later after a few months I finally got my patient portal access reset and after the appointment for the physical they then told me I had to pay another $40 for a form to be filled out because my appointment was over when I had requested the form prior to 2 visits. I even requested an allergist referral that no one ever responded to. We will not be going back. read more

Found this pediatric office by booking a Covid vaccine appointment through the myturn website for a follow up dose. I honestly thought it would be a much better experience then the temporary clinics setup in many other places so I was willing to travel further to get to it. I had figured that an actual pediatrician's office would be more welcoming? There was a parking lot, but no validation offered so the fee was $10. We entered the office and it was small, cramped and crowded. They seemed to want to just get people out the door so our vaccination experience was quick and no frills. No comfort toward child, no sticker, etc. I definitely preferred our other experiences, even at temporary clinics. I also noticed that they didn't do the 15 minute wait time to see if there was a bad reaction. read more

This review is mostly for Dr. Alexander. We had a lot of health issues with our baby girl Ocean early on, and she was the kindest, most loving, and accessible pediatrician. My anxiety was so high with everything we went through and Dr. Alexander worked around the clock to ensure our baby was safe. She is resourceful, compassionate, and loving. Our baby also loves her sweet nature and voice. I think she is a rare bird, and treats her patients like her own kiddos. I love her approach. She's not one to quickly resort to invasive tests or meds, but is well rounded in her approach. I also had so many issues with breast feeding and she was very gentle and did her best to ensure I had the lactation support I needed without any pressure. Her kindness is and was unforgettable in one of the hardest transitions in our lives. Our baby ended up needing surgery and went through hell and back with her health, and I can't imagine how we would've navigated our insane medical system without the help of someone who cares. Pediatric care is one of the hardest fields of medicine. And when our babies can't talk, it's so important to have a doctor who is quick to do whatever it takes to keep our babies healthy. I also found the front office staff very kind and organized. They were respectful and accommodating and I never felt like I annoyed them, no matter how many times we were in that office in those early days. Dr. Alexander takes her time. And really remembers your baby. She also cares about the mental health of moms. Genuinely. Which I don't come across at all. read more

I took both my daughters here to get their ears pierced when they turned 6 months. I can't say enough good things about it. Medical grade titanium piercer is the way to go. Just pierce and leave alone. I've had such a good experience I send all my friends. Don't bother with the 17 year old working at the mall. This is your stop! We removed our children from here because Drs Asnani and Patel don't view medicine or the human body holistically. They have zero out of the box thinking. Pure paint by numbers doctoring which is fine for some but we expect more for our kids. They also pushed us to vaccinate our child early before a vacation and since then our LO hasn't been able to put on any weight. Wow! Dr. Asnani is one of the most caring and professional pediatricians I have ever met! I took my 10 year old daughter to her office for ear piercing, which she had been asking for sometime. My daughter was a little nervous even though she really wanted it. Dr. Asnani was so caring and took time to explain to my daughter the procedure and the medical equipment that she would be using. Do you know how hard it is to find a pediatrician that will pierce ears? Even harder to find one that will take someone who is not their patient. The hardest thing is if you actually want someone who will do a good job. After literal months of research we found miracle mike pediatrics. To start off they have lots of fun toys and book here right in the front. My toddler was nervous but she has been asking me for months about getting her ears pierced, they use medical grade titanium blomdahl ratings and you can't choose a deign or color but the ones they give are beautiful. Since they are titanium there is no after care necessary which is nice! The Dr. made sure to draw a dot exactly where she would pierce to make sure they were even. She was calm and explained to my toddler what was going to happen. Did my daughter cry? Yes! Did my daughter say it was worth it after? 100%. It was her idea and she can't stop showing people her earrings and telling them that it hardly hurt. Free parking is a challenge but we found some street parking around the corner. It is also very close to lacma so we celebrated our new bling with a visit to the museum after! Yay! read more

Initially enjoyed having Dr Asnani as our pediatrician after meeting her at the hospital. However during our 3 checkup appointments, it seemed like she didn't have an agenda of what to discuss and I often felt rushed. I also emailed in non-urgent issues and got responses 3-7 days later. I called in to follow up as well and that was still the response time. All this didn't bother me too much since my child was healthy, but I'm glad my husband pushed me to switched to another office where they ask YOU questions and give useful information, and non-urgent medical questions were responded to in less than a day. read more

We have been going to Dr. Asnani for about 6 months with our first child. We interviewed multiple pediatricians before our son was born and really liked Dr. Asnani's approach. She is really up to date and well informed and is supportive of our decisions as parents. There are so many decisions you have to make as a parent (especially a first time one) that balance all the information that is available and what is right for your family and specific child that it is wonderful to have a Dr. who is both direct in her point of view and non judgmental. She's very gentle and makes my kids feel very comfortable, which in turn makes this mama feel better. Miracle Mile Pediatrics - Pediatricians Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This review is about the medical ear piercing. I wanted to make sure my daughter had her ears pierced in a safe and hygienic environment as I had heard horror stories about kids getting infections at the mall kiosks. I called up Miracle Mile and they let me know that the minimum age of piercing was six months and that we would have to purchase the earrings in advance since they are medical grade titanium and come in a special package that allows them to be pierced directly to the ear, eliminating the risk of contamination. The whole cost was $75 (including office visit and earrings) and it took about a week or so for the earrings to arrive. During our appointment, Dr. Asnani explained the whole process, marked our daughter's ears and allowed us to check and make sure my husband and I liked the placement. Then she gave us instructions on how to hold our daughter during the procedure. She allowed us to take pictures (no video). It took hardly any time and my daughter cried more for having her arms held down then for the actual piercing. Once we let her up she was perfectly fine. The best thing about this procedure was there was literally no cleaning or twisting required! Due to the medical grade titanium, all we had to do was leave in for 6 weeks. We had a small hiccup after six weeks because we changed out her earrings and the backs weren't sturdy enough and they fell out. I was so worried that her ears would close up again without an earring in them, so I called up Miracle Mile. Dr. Asnani wasn't in that day so I spoke to Dr. Shahim (who was also wonderful). She had me make another appointment to come in so they could assist with putting back the original earrings (I was having a hard time getting them back in). Dr. Asnani put back in the original earrings (there was a little scar tissue that had formed hence the trouble I was having), and made sure she sanitized to prevent infection. She did not even charge for the visit! I would highly recommend Miracle Mile Pediatrics, they are a wonderful group of professionals and I couldn't be happier. Just a note - there is a cash only parking lot behind their office. It's a bit of a downside, but it's worth it for the service you get once inside. read more
