Alright, finally finally made it to the *newish* Killsboro spot. Rolled up around opening time on a Sunday alongside a few families. I had the Czech style beers and a calzone. So good. Hubby had the Vienna lager and a steak Sammie. Also excellent. The space is open and airy with grand windows that will roll up in the summer. The service is great, from the dining room to the bar. We will be back.

Saturday afternoon here is where you need to be! Chill vibes, great menu and amazing staff. We ordered the hot pepperoni pizza with the Cesar salad and the leechy spritzers!!! Like all you need is two haha. Special out to our server ASHA! So friendly and made our whole experience amazing and then recommended the bread pudding- we were stuffed after this but regret nothing! Now we know where to come for great pizza and drinks. Thanks again chickie!

Finally got the chance to dine here with my little family and friends. We ended up sharing all the dishes- I seriously can't stop thinking about the pasta. Both were cooked perfectly- the mafaldine with mushrooms was so good we had to order a second bowl and the spicy vodka rigatoni was able to be modified for our little ones and my daughter devoured it. Pizza was decent- the square was more like a dressed up focaccia and even though I expected the round pie to be a thinner and crispier, it was still very good. Bread pudding was a little dry but overall, I would go back.

A hopping local spot that's not far from the ferry, and walking distance from Snug Harbor Cultural Center. A beautiful new, sparkling dining room that's comfortable but a bit loud with a good selection of beer, lager and stout, of course, and wood burning ovens churning out delicious pizza. There's a food menu with Italian standby's like fried calamari. Good service, clean restrooms and street parking is available.

I keep coming back here since it opened because it has suchhhhh a good, elevated ambiance for grabbing drinks with friends. While I've tried their pasta, the pizza is the main star of the show. I've had both the Red and Hot Pepperoni square pies and their crispy, cheesy under-crust is just something you're not getting anywhere else. The Fingerling potatoes are also always a hit amongst every group I've came with because of their crispy and savory profile. The staff is also very kind and the food came out very quickly, giving even more of a reason to come back.

It's beautiful inside. The interior decor is so pretty. Service and hostess were friendly. No lunch menu yet, however pizzas were $25+. A bit pricey for pizza and it wasn't all that. Large selection of drafts and some cocktails. Giving city prices even though you're on Staten Island. I'd stop by for a drink and maybe pass on the pizza. Dinner menu doesn't start till 5pm which I'll be back to try.

Great beer, great food, great folks working there.....only problem are the locks on the toilets......if that is the only thing that is wrong, every is pretty right.....Oh, and it's just beautiful......sit here, have a cold one, and watch the boats and afternoon drift by.....cheers!

So where to start? Place just opened days ago. They are still working out some kinks. I.e service is slow, drinks took a while to come out. All things to be expected. Food is great but it is very small portions. Menu is also small. Just some pizzas and pastas. Lunch is not available yet. The place is beautiful, they put alot of money into the decor. They have valet parking which is great. Drinks were ok. I have to dry the beers next time. Francesco the manager came over to check on us which was very nice. I would definitely go back. There is a brick oven and a tap room that you can see where the beer is made.

I had dinner at Kills Boro Brewing Company, which opened last month in Randall Manon. In addition to a big selection of beers which are brewed on-site, they also have a wide variety of cocktails and wine. The menu is Italian- centric, featuring mainly pizzas and pastas. We shared two pizzas - which were delicious - the square in particular, which was super light and crispy. I like citrusy beers like Schofferhoffer, so I tried their One If By Land but honestly, the lemon escaped me. By 6 PM, there isn't an empty table; make sure you have a reservation. Street parking only, which can be tough. The brewery is only a mile from the Ferry Terminal, about a $15 ride with Lyft. The brewery takes the name Kills from the name the Dutch settlers gave to the nearby waterways. Beer making in this area goes back two centuries, led by German immigrants.

Limited menu, but that they have is great stuff. The beers are different and exciting.

Because the 1st time we came back in '22, on a Sunday, the entire bar was booked for some kid's birthday party. When we walked in, people looked at us like we were clearly in the wrong place (rather than tell us, nicely, that they simply weren't open to other customers). So we came back today, on a goegeous Saturday, at about 2:00 pm. Prime time for people to head out on a walk to explore Staten Island, and to grab a refreshing beer at a local brewery. And guess what? Closed, again. For another kid's party. You know how the saying goes - screw me once, shame on you. Well, this is officially 0 for 2. The kicker is that we even called ahead multiple times to try and see if they were indeed open today; got zero answers, and their voicemail is full. I've absolutely, positively no idea why this place has tremendous reviews. They absolutely stink at handling the basics of a brewery. Not to mention, and not to throw shade at the entire neighborhood, but the adjacent plaza isn't exactly visitor-friendly. Trash everywhere basically. Do yourself a huge favor and come try the nearby Craft House. They do CRAZY stuff here, such as: a) answer phones b) serve adults on a Saturday c) have good beer and good bar apps. Never trying my luck at the joke of a "Flagship" brewery again.

Love the overall vibe - lots of long tables and plenty of space so you'll never feel cramped. It's kind of wild seeing a buck head on the wall and people dressed in camo - felt like I was back home in Texas! I can't remember exactly what I got, but I'm pretty sure I had a very delicious coffee stout as well as another sour which I liked. The people behind the bar were super kind as well. Pro tip - they allow you to bring in food from the outside. Last time I was there we ordered pizza from Pier 76. What's better than drinking beer and eating pizza with friends on a summer day? If you're spending time in Staten Island, Flagship is definitely deserving a spot on your itinerary!
