I had an online pick up order for a battery for my car key fob. They knew who I was, and it was quick and easy to pick up. I mentioned to the employee helping me, Cameron, that I always struggle with replacing the battery for my key fob. And then he offered to do it. It's very complicated I should mention! It's not easy, but he looked up how to do it and did it. So awesome & much appreciated! My mother lives just a few blocks away and she said they're always so helpful as well. This store will also recycle batteries and lightbulbs. Just a FYI. I wish my Ace Hardware back home was this friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service all the way around.

We were told it would take about a week and a half, but to our surprise they had both ready in just 24 hours! We couldn't believe the turnaround time. On top of that, Kira the checker went above and beyond helping my mom. She no longer had the Ace Rewards app on her Samsung phone and wasn't sure how to check for coupons. Kira patiently helped her download the app, get everything set up again, and even found a $5 coupon that my mom was able to use toward the purchase of her screens. It's rare to find this level of friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring customer service. The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. I trusted that commitment and chose not to purchase the materials elsewhere because I have always preferred Home Depot. Based on that promise, I rearranged my entire weekend and scheduled a worker to help me today. Then, late last night, I received a message saying the delivery would not arrive as promised. I contacted Home Depot Customer Service and was told to contact the store directly. When I called the store, I was eventually referred to a supervisor named Kenra. Unfortunately, Kenra was extremely rude and unprofessional. I repeatedly asked her to clearly provide and spell her name, but she would not do so. I hope I have spelled it correctly. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve a problem caused by Home Depot's failure to honor its delivery commitment, her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. This experience cost me time and money, disrupted my entire weekend, and left me with a worker scheduled but without the materials I was promised. This is completely unacceptable. I have been a loyal Home Depot customer and specifically chose Home Depot over other stores. After this experience, however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the Folsom location and will make every effort to avoid purchasing from this store in the future.

When there was some confusion on an order regarding availability of the size of the lumber, Nate got involved and immediately corrected the problem and also went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we wanted plus a little for our trouble. Nate has always been extra helpful. The crew has been friendly and professional. They go out of their way to get the best quality products each time I make a trip to their lumber yard. Robert even brought a couple of large pieces of lumber from another store to El Dorado Hills so I could pick it up on a certain day. What service!!
