I rented a chainsaw, a lady with glasses / a tattoo helped us. I wish I got her name because she was so helpful & Awesome! Nort was a name a did catch. He helped get the chainsaw out of the back with the awesome lady. He set me up with a gas can oil and everything offered to even teach me how to use it! I ended up needing a new blade a couple hours later, went back to Ace. That awesome Nort and another Male worker slapped a new one on there for me no problem so I could get back to work. I REALLY cannot say how much thier nice natured true customer service meant to me after a hard couple days of work, and a horrible experience else where. I would recommend Ace Hardware over anywhere else in town 10× over!

It's nice that they want to make it seem like there are great deals to be had, but this isn't a good way to do it.

I work so much, I really just wanted to get a few pots for my pants at home, some dirt, and move on. This shopping trip was so quick, I easily found some nice indoor pots for my monstera plants at a really good price! I usually have a grand ol time whether I'm looking at flooring, appliances, electrical... lamps, lighting. There are so sorts of things to find here to improve your home! ... but every once in a while.... In the garden area, they have quite a few check out stands. Some are self check out and when I approached, there was an employee that insisted on helping, not knowing I was trying to be left alone. I told her I was going to do self check out. As she was watching me, she jumped in and told me that I didn't scan one of the 4 pots that was in my cart. I told her if she had looked at the screen, it would show I had scanned it already. I stood aside and asked her if she wanted to count the items in my cart and count the items in the screen. She said no and went on that she thought I missed it and customers do sometimes make mistakes... I replied with, "so do employees, like right now..." I think this employee was irritated I did not want her help. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I was already not in a good mood and this person was crowding and hovering over me. Just ask around awkward and very negative. Other than that particular experience, I enjoy the garden section the most. All the beautiful colors, the seasonal plants are gorgeous... the help I have received with deciding on what misters to get. Which refrigerator, which washer and dryer. Grill and black stone accessories... I really appreciate the help and advice I have received and am now looking at cabinets! See you guys soon!!

SCAMMERS! I…read morebrought a Ryobi Weed Trimmer to them for warranty repair for a damaged spark plug cap. Warranty repair requires completion in 2 weeks. In two weeks I Called to check on the status and was told it was my carburetor and it's a $156 to repair it and the spark plug. I Asked about the warranty coverage on the spark plug? They said they were waiting on Ryobi. Two weeks later I called and they say Still no answer from Ryobi? Two more weeks and still no answer from Ryobi!?! According to Sierra Saw. I called Ryobi who stated Sierra Saw NEVER submitted a single warranty claim for the spark plug. SURPRISE! After 6 weeks they charged me $25 and never submitted a SINGLE warranty claim. $25 for doing NOTHING! NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS! I used them before this for a Husqvarna chainsaw service. I was always disappointed but assumed it was the chainsaw. I now realize they were running a scam then as well. They are the WORST! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will RIP YOU OFF!

I realized Sierra Saw service personnel never tightened the cover screw/knob. I went online and ordered a new cover from another supplier and verified the air cleaner filter element was intact and clean. I will never return to Sierra Saw for additional service on any of my other Husvarna tools.

They printed out the sheet that indicated the warranty and gave them all the information he needed to give to us to follow up to get reimbursed for the part which was $100.
