Many customers report horrible experiences with Best Buy appliance purchases, citing recurring issues like damaged deliveries, subcontracted installers making mistakes (or causing damage), repeated delays/rescheduling, and poor customer service, especially with warranty repairs or resolving delivery problems, leading to frustration and prolonged waits for working appliances. Common complaints involve scratched floors from installers, receiving dented or improperly installed items (like wobbly fridges), and difficulty getting issues resolved, with some customers stuck in cycles of failed deliveries or lengthy repair waits. My son has spent over 11 hours waiting for the delivery of the washer and dryer that I purchased for him. Then, they (third party delivery service) brought the dryer but "forgot" to bring the washing machine. Then, a week later, they brought a broken washing machine... In store won't help you, they make you call the call center. After multiple phone calls and multiple hours on the phone, we now have to call a different number to talk to the "large product fulfillment resolution" center. This has been an absolute nightmare. I am a member of the "My BestBuy Total Membership" and have had no issues with in-store local purchases and customer service, but I will never again buy an appliance from Best Buy.

The store was busy when I arrived, but the gentleman working that day was friendly and worked very quickly. When it was my turn, he was quickly able to diagnose my problem, fixed my vacuum, and I was on my way. It's also worth mentioning that while I was there, he helped several people out to their cars, carrying their different machines, going above and beyond a just a simple repair. This is a business worth supporting - they truly care about their customers.

There are so sorts of things to find here to improve your home! ... but every once in a while.... In the garden area, they have quite a few check out stands. Some are self check out and when I approached, there was an employee that insisted on helping, not knowing I was trying to be left alone. I told her I was going to do self check out. As she was watching me, she jumped in and told me that I didn't scan one of the 4 pots that was in my cart. I told her if she had looked at the screen, it would show I had scanned it already. I stood aside and asked her if she wanted to count the items in my cart and count the items in the screen. She said no and went on that she thought I missed it and customers do sometimes make mistakes... I replied with, "so do employees, like right now..." I think this employee was irritated I did not want her help. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I was already not in a good mood and this person was crowding and hovering over me. Just ask around awkward and very negative. Other than that particular experience, I enjoy the garden section the most. All the beautiful colors, the seasonal plants are gorgeous... the help I have received with deciding on what misters to get. Which refrigerator, which washer and dryer. Grill and black stone accessories... I really appreciate the help and advice I have received and am now looking at cabinets! See you guys soon!!

Unfortunately, a lot of companies have stopped making these appliances, and a good number of appliance repair companies refuse to work on them. NT indicated that they were happy to help, and it was easy to book a timely appointment with Nate, the owner. He arrived when he was expected, and did a great job getting us up and running. He is also a really nice person, and it was a pleasure meeting him. Prices are fair, and he provides a warranty for his work.
