Thought I'd take a chance and take one for the team. Plastic zippers and cheap everything about it. These strong winds we are having blew it apart. Worst product ever. I decided not to redeem my rewards here and went to a different location to redeem them without incident. Overall, I come here if I have to but there are better locations with way better customer service.

I have to admit every time I go in is a different experience. This review is based off my last two experiences (positive) bundled into one since both visits were a day apart. It was interesting to see the difference in foot traffic depending on the day/time you swing by. Monday around noon was insane! Tuesday at 3PM, much less foot traffic but still a lot of people. The layout for the most part is fairly organized - I guess the more times you go to a store, you get accustomed to where everything is. They started rolling in with the Halloween decor which might have been why there was some clutter. Overall, my experiences were nothing but positive. I actually purchased something then decided it didn't work well for my office. The following day, the return process was seamless (30 day returns) and I was in and out the 2nd day within minutes. From the value of their items being sold, friendly staff, and just the hopes for finding that diamond in the rough deal, it's always a pleasant experience. Thanks HomeGoods!

As a mostly retired licensed general contractor myself, I know a bit about construction and the…read morechallenges of doing remodel projects. I interviewed a half dozen or so contractors prior to selecting Nico Pro Construction (NPC) to do my Dream Garage project. The usual criteria: conveyed competence, experience, estimate completeness, competitive pricing, timeline, and gut-feel, were all considered and evaluated. From the beginning, it was clear to me that NPC was a cut above the others. I especially appreciated that Nazariy, NPC's estimator, was also going to be the Project Manager. That in itself was huge to me, ensuring I wouldn't ever get the "he said, she said" game that is so often prevalent in construction projects. Throughout the project, Nazariy provided me with updated timelines keeping me "in the loop"; that was a big plus for me. And while we had our share of mostly weather related delays, I always knew where we were with the scope of work. As was the case with Nazariy, NPC's crew of workers performed their efforts with a solid sense of pride and regard for their work and my project. Sadly, that mindset is not as common place in construction as I remember it to be; NPC clearly exhibits the proprietary interest you want in your contractor. I was reminded of this with a couple of the subs who worked with us, as some of their efforts were lacking. When such incident arose however, Nazariy was always Johnny on the spot stepping up and stepping in to ensure all was righted. In the end, NPC successfully provided me with the Dream Garage I had envisioned. To anyone who is looking to find a competitive, competent, contractor, that they can truly trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Nico Pro Construction. To that end, l look forward to working with NPC again to help me realize my Dream Man Cave. Thank you, NPC!

Great Customer Service!…read more I visited Lowe's in Citrus Heights on October, 14, 2026. I was looking for plastic outdoor chairs, so stopped by the front desk to ask where I would find them. A young woman explained where they were located, and I headed outside to the front of the store. I only saw wooden chairs, and asked another Lowe's worker, Ann, where the plastic chairs were. She pointed right behind me! HA! Once I selected the 2 I wanted, she offered to carry them to my car. Her friendliness and caring earned an A+ from me. After putting them in the car, she walked me inside the store to the area for self checkout so I could pay for them. She introduced me to another worker, "Bella", and asked her to take good care of me. Bella did! What a wonderful experience with such a great team. Thank you All. Patricia Martin
