Within 2 years it started to fail, chipping off, warping. They came out and advised us that it was water however it was in areas that are nowhere near water. Their fix was to give my husband trim which we had to purchase and my husband installed it around the bottom of the cabinets. I would advise not resurfacing your existing cabinets because at least with the Cabinet Doctors it won't withstand time. When we were reviewing proposals their son said it would last a lifetime-just a sales pitch!

I reached out to Vintro Cabinets to cut one of my cabinets so that I could fit a new stackable washer and dryer in the area where my old stackable unit went (See BEFORE and AFTER Cabinetry image attached). The work that I asked for was completed quickly, but also flawlessly in order to match the existing cabinetry that was not being touched. It was also completed for cheaper than any other cabinetry company I contacted. In addition, Sem and his colleagues saw that a paint job adjacent to where their work was being done (that had been completed by different contractors several months previously) was flaking and peeling. They offered to repair the previous contractor's work (and also helped me get a refund from the previous contractors!) so that it would completely match what had already been done in the kitchen (see BEFORE and AFTER paint fix images attached). I was so impressed and so floored that Sem would go above and beyond to help me fix a problem that they never created. Wow. I will definitely be using Vintro cabinets ANYTIME I need work done. Thank you so much!!

The work turned out beautifully, the quality was excellent, and the team completed everything efficiently. Don, the project manager, was communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive. Compared with the other estimates I received, NG Floors was easily the best value for the money. My uncle, who is a general contractor, was pleasantly surprised by how great of a deal I received. I also really appreciated their flexibility with financing. At the time, they did not have an established financing partner, but after I asked about financing options, they went out of their way to build a relationship with a lending bank so I could finance my project. That level of effort meant a lot to me. I would definitely use NG Floors again for future projects, especially now that I know they handle home remodeling in addition to flooring. Thanks, Don!

My house was built in 1962 and most of my bathroom components were original. I wanted to have both…read morebathrooms remodeled because they were both very ugly and depressing. I had several contractors stop by to give me estimates - a lot of contractors were very sloppy in their estimates, telling me they would give me a bathroom in five days or asking me to buy all the supplies, etc (as if I would know what to get), or telling me they can do it for $5k without permits. Anywho, Ivan from Vitex stopped by and asked a lot of questions on what kind of vision I had, and when I did not know an answer, he made suggestions. For example, he suggested I add a shower light - that's something I did not think of at all - and also pointed out things that were required for code upgrades, etc. The entire process was very transparent. After I received the quote, I met Ivan at the warehouse in Rancho Cordova and he helped me pick out the tile for the wall and the floor. Again, I'm clueless and he made the right recommendations that made sense. The crew arrived on day one and these guys work hard and other than their lunch breaks, they don't stop until the end of the workday. The workers were very pleasant and diligent. Very friendly. I really enjoyed having them here and they did excellent work. Once they were done, I proceeded to hire Vitex for bathroom #2, which involved removing a jet tub to build a walk in shower. This time I worked with Arthur, who was also excellent and the same worker crew. They did an excellent job with that bathroom, as well. What also helped was being in touch with Victor, the owner, via group text to keep me up to date on the project, etc. Also, for anyone doing their due diligence, Vitex is fully licensed and the work they did passed the City of Sacramento's inspection, so these guys are legit. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for bathroom remodeling and will use them for future tile work. Thank you, Vitex! -Josh
