I told him that I was still gathering quotes and would get back to him soon. By Saturday afternoon, I decided to go with Popeye's. Their quote was the most reasonable and his team had availability at 2:00 PM on Tuesday. After getting a courtesy text on Monday, Andrew's guys actually came an hour early! Both of the 2 young men were very courteous as I showed them the kitchen and replacement range hood. I told them to find me in my office if they needed anything. After 45 minutes, they had completed the job and tested the range hood. My kitchen was clean and the old range hood was packed neatly in the box. I paid the bill through Venmo right there (they also take Paypal and checks). Thanks to Andrew and his team for a job well done. I will definitely use Popeye's in the future!

The work I needed done was two doors that didn't close or lock properly. I had tried looking up some YouTube videos on how to fix them, but I knew that I was going to need tools that I didn't own. When Sam got to my house he was professional texting updates along the way and was courteous, respectful, and well spoken. Door # 1 - This was a bedroom door that didn't shut all the way, and it turns out that it was because the door was not a custom-fit door; someone replaced it but did not cut it out to fit the frame. Sam had the tools to measure and cut the door to perfection. Success! Door # 2 - This door would not lock because the weatherproofing material was misaligned. Sam was able to provide me new weatherproofing from Home Depot at no cost to me. Very generous! He also resized the locking mechanism that is bolted into the frame of the house to be in proper alignment, which now allows me to lock the door without having to shimmy it. Overall, I cannot express how grateful and satisfied I am working with Sam. I can't wait to call on him for the next house project.
