Mikhail (Mike) saved my day. I've been dealing with a lot of stress lately. One glaring problem - my washing machine was leaking. I did my research, ran diagnostics, and found the cause. LG front load washers have a rubber gasket/boot held in with 2 tight metal rings with springs. Mine separated at the bottom. I knew that I alone couldn't remove, and definitely couldn't reinstall the inner ring with the tools I had. I ordered specialty tools ($100) from Amazon but they've lost the package.
