My house built in the 80s my garage back patio and both bathroom was on one circuit.... I received a quote before Jeff through my home warranty First American the vendor they sent out. Once the quote came back the home warranty stated they would not cover it because of the amp wattage wasn't sufficient which didn't make sense. However, the vendor quote was let me say outrages they wanted to require and to do that they had to require, change out panel box, change all amp and gfis and open a wall which I had to have someone else come to fill in the opening. I contacted Jeff he came out I advised him of the work the first vendor stated and he said that was not necessary he fixed the issue right on the spot way far less than the home warranty vendor quote( price gauging). Jeff ran power to our Pergola and he did a wonderful job for us. He was responsive, came on time, and was reasonably priced. He had to drill through a concrete retaining wall to run the wire between the two outlet boxes which was a more complex job but he was able to do it and we were happy the retaining wall and landscaping was still in tact after the job was completed. Couldn't be happier with the work Jeff and Phoebe did. They ripped out a family room fireplace and were able to find and replace the flooring to cover the circle of flooring were the fireplace was. It was close to 100% perfect. Jeff also replaced sunlight windows that were leaking. He sealed and painted and painted the ceiling. We had a circuit breaker that kept tripping and could not figure out why. It's a 50 yr old home, and I guess "things" are like people: they last just so long. Jeff had to go to an electrical supply store to find the correct part, and had us up and running in no time and did NOT charge an arm and a leg. Hired Jeff to replace bathtub faucet. The handle fell off before he drove away. He came back in and said he put some caulk around the screw to hold it together. I told him that it would probably not hold as it is 43 years old and that was the reason that I called. I wanted a permanent fix not some quick half a-- job. It fell off when I turned on the water for a bath and I couldn't shut the water off. I called Jeff and he told me, a 77 year old women to fix it myself. I expect a refund of the $160. for not fixing anything but actually making it worse. I will make a complaint against his license. read more
