Americo already had me laughing on our first phone call and his time here was just as entertaining. He came the same day and replaced my old, leaking kitchen faucet. When it turned out the flexible pipes under the sink also needed replacing, he returned to the store for materials and charged a small, reasonable (pre-approved) addition for the extra time. He showed up without a mask and when I asked him to wear one, he rushed back to his car and wore it the whole time he was working. Next week he will be back to repair some cracked window caulking that leaks rain into the house. He'll continue my roof gutter cleaning job -- a task I gladly pass on to him -- and will fix a warped sliding screen door. Now I'm thinking of more jobs he can do.
