From the start, there were issues with preparation and masking -- several areas were not properly covered, leading to paint bleed, overspray, and uneven lines. The paint coverage was inconsistent, with visible thin spots and missed sections that had to be pointed out repeatedly. The company returned three separate times to fix problems, but each visit revealed new issues that still weren't fully resolved. Even after all the follow-ups, the final result remains substandard. There are areas with bubbling and poor adhesion that suggest improper surface prep, and overall the finish lacks uniformity. Communication was polite, but the repeated callbacks and the need to constantly monitor quality made the process frustrating and time-consuming.
