I went to the Chico store! Looking for a vacuum! OMG!!! A very happy beautiful person walked up to me and asked me if I needed help.I truly don't think I have words to say how great her knowledge was.... it was soooooo nice to have someone help that is smart!!! Bought a car garage cover from bb and b online. One of those should have known better stories. There were absolutely no other choices. Looked everywhere. Even Costco was out. Thought I'd take a chance and take one for the team. Plastic zippers and cheap everything about it. These strong winds we are having blew it apart. Worst product ever. The Chinese must have run out of materials. Save your money and go to Costco. They have new ones in. At least they will honor your purchase. I see why bed bath and beyond went out of store front business. All they sell is cheap Chinese garbage. read more

This pertains to their online store now. They shorted my order and when I tried to resolve the issue, the online chat bot and the supposed human typing were both moronic. After explaining over and over again for an hour (they couldn't even see my order on their side) they disconnected from me and I am left having paid for something I never received. I am going through PayPal to try to get some compensation. read more

Really No stars. I ordered to accent chars and paid for delivery and installation. Delivery: I was in the house, door opened and cleaning. the delivery dropped the two big boxes on my porch and I a senior had to figure out how to get them in the house. They did not knock. Installation: I paid Bed Bath and Behold about $100 per chair for installation. They contracted with a third party Angi, who I have been unsuccessful connecting with because of available times. I spoke to Bed Bath and Beyond to cancel, stayed on the phone on hold about 20 minutes. They said I needed to call Angi and transferred me, on hold another 15 minutes. Angi said they could not refund me (BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY THEM) and told me to call, guess who, Bed Bath and Beyond. I spoke to Rory 34117091, he said I cannot get a refund eventhough Angi told me she refunded Bed Bath and Beyond. i will never purchase anything from this vendor. No wonder they are closing their stores. read more

Not good. I tried to buy a throw blanket and it came larger then expected but worse the cords were felt through the blanket and ruined the feel of the blanket. I simply wanted to return the items. Went through the 9 steps to return it and the cost to ship back was $34.95 for a 90.00 purchase. I went to print label and it would not allow me to print. I called customer service and explained that i needed a label sent to email when she went through the return policies that stated that because I didn't like it that didn't qualify for free returns. I didn't need all of that. I agreed to the return and because of the glitch in the app simply needed her to send a label to me. That is when she apologized, went through the script again and then proceeded to now tell m the label to print was $49.95. Can you believe. $15.00 buck more because their system didn't work and I had to call. RUN AWAY -- please don't support a business like this. read more

I rarely write anything negative. My girlfriend lost her home in Paradise in the CAMPFIRE. Came in to buy a clock. Instead of $49.99, cashier charged $139.99. Came back into store. Told manager. She said one of the cashiers would help and left. Cashier can't approve more than $25 credit. Where's manager? She's helping someone and can't come until she helps them. Same person who walked away. I say we were first can we just get help. Head store manager is in a conference. Oh so now what? Be patient for what? Can we just return the stupid thing - and hope never to come back? Yup. That's what we did. Complete bull. And not one person - except the one who couldn't help even though she wanted to - cared. I've never had worse customer service in your store. read more

The new manager was unhelpful and rude on two separate occasions. All the other employees, as well as the previous manager were pleasant and helpful. It's too bad because BB&B is a great store, there is no other like it. read more

I love this store but the manager is very ill-mannered. On 2 seperate occasion's she was very rude and I seriously don't think she got the memo that being trained properly in customer service goes along way. Horrible service. I bought my daughter a Christmas gift from here. It didn't work. Went in with receipt today to hopefully exchange it for the same item that actually worked. The asian girl said they still had the item POINTED to where they were. My daughter and I walked over and there were none. Got back in line and the same employee pointed some where else. All she seemed capable of saying is "Over there" and pointing. There was another asian behind the counter who also "pointed". I asked if someone could please show us as we have all ready walked over there twice. I was ignored. I then asked if they could show us if we were doing something wrong with the item. Again, ignored. Then they asked if I wanted cash back or on card. Since it was a gift I said cash so I could just give the cash to my daughter. First employee then said it has to go on the card. Before I could say anything, she handed me a receipt and said bye!!!!!!!!!!!!! What???? No personality, NO help and NO communication. Point, Over there and Bye. WOW. read more
