They took the time to help me try on several outfits and made me feel completely comfortable, even as someone who is not familiar with Punjabi clothing. When I finally found an outfit that I absolutely loved, it was a little outside of my budget. After already spending over $200 on the outfit that never arrived, I was feeling discouraged. Geet was so understanding and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget without sacrificing quality or style. What truly amazed me was that they rushed the alterations for me, helped me pick out perfectly matching jewelry, and had everything completed earlier than expected. When I came back to pick it up, the outfit fit PERFECTLY. The alterations were flawless--you honestly cannot even tell it was altered. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at any clothing store. Install: Our installer Jose was great! Super professional, wore shoe protectors, and was friendly and efficient. He didn't mind my barky dog either. He answered all my questions, used a laser leveler to make sure everything was even, and even gave me advice for future window treatments. He took down the old blinds and patched holes as well. The new blinds fit perfectly and he was a joy to work with. Price: It's expensive, but many potential issues are covered by warranty and the blinds can often be fixed if there's an issue, unlike other brands where you would need to replace the entire blind.
