He is a recent rescue in our lives with a traumatic past and Maddy was very understanding. Very Disappointed With the Service…read more We first brought our puppy here for her first vaccine, but no one explained to us that she needed to return for a second vaccination. We only found this out when we brought her back in July for her rabies vaccine. At that appointment, we were told that her first vaccine had already expired and that we would have to start the vaccination process again. She received her first vaccine again along with her rabies vaccine, and we were specifically told that she needed to return on August 6 for her second shot. We registered her on August 3 for the August 6 vaccination clinic between 3-5 PM and received a confirmation. However, when we arrived with our puppy, the staff member told us that she was not registered for that day. This has been extremely frustrating. First, we were not properly informed about the required second vaccine, which caused her original vaccination to expire. Then, after following their instructions and registering for the next appointment--and even receiving confirmation--we arrived only to be told that she was not registered. Very poor communication and organization. When it comes to a puppy's vaccinations, owners should be given clear instructions and confirmed appointments should be honored. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Definitely something we were looking for, as far as temperaments, for birds. That we'd like to have out of the cage, and that were be socialized with by the family. It was a little light on the amount of birds at the time of our visit, to which one of the store reps noted to come back between March-May. As that's when a lot of breeders would be stopping in with baby birds. So there will be a larger selection coming in within the next couple of months. There was a lot a large variety of bird accessories and food options, from the mixed feed time that you could by custom quantities of. When I returned for help, I was told I would need to pay again to fix the problem, even though the fillings had failed and it is their problem. Dr. Vu performed some of the original fillings, and Dr. Chu attempted repairs twice, but I still have pain and difficulty chewing. Before the treatment, I had no issues with most of these teeth. Unfortunately, the quality of care and follow-up support was very disappointing. I would also like to note that, except for Dr. Chu, most of the staff were rude and unprofessional in their interactions with patients, which made the overall experience even more frustrating.

I waited too long and had such a small window, but Shell squeezed him into her insanely busy schedule just simply out of the kindness of her heart. When I picked him up he looked incredible, easily one of the best grooms he's ever had in nine years. Then, when I went to pay, she told me she was covering the entire visit. I tried to argue, I was so determined to pay and tip her big, but she wouldn't budge. She just said, 'You have enough going on.' I completely broke down crying right there. My roommate left his Cory fish behind, and he seemed so lonely. I just wanted to make sure he found a good home with friends. I was honestly a crying mess, but Marisol was so comforting and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident that my Cory fish would be happy here with other fish and he truly was. Seeing him settle in and look so happy meant everything to me. I also really appreciate that they allow you to surrender fish here. If you're ever in a situation where you can't afford to care for a fish anymore, or for any reason you're unable to keep him, you can bring him here knowing he'll be cared for properly and placed with other fish. Marisol's compassion and genuine love for animals (and people) truly stood out. You can tell she has such a big heart and really cares about what she does.
