Only till 4pm, after that the regular price of the burger is pretty much the price of that deal. Went twice within a 2 week span. Took both sets of guests staying with us here. Ordered the peanut butter burger.Before you knock it, try it. I was thinking it would be weird, but guess what it works & its so good. It's been awhile since we've been to this location. We were running errands in the area and a burger sounded yummy! We came in around noon on a Sunday. Not too busy and only a couple people in line. Ordering was quick and easy. We picked the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger with onion rings and the Jose Mendoza burger with fries. We also requested ranch and peanut butter sauce for dipping. We took our number placard and found a table to sit at. The music today was awful. It was death metal and not appealing while eating a meal. Much more suitable for a tattoo parlor?! Not sure, but we almost asked for our food to go because it was that unpleasant. It sounded like an exorcism was taking place. Not a great holiday choice... Our food didn't take too long. Everything looked delicious! I was a bit surprised by the cold peanut butter dipping sauce. Not easy to dip fries in. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could exchange it for another ranch. It was no problem. I can't imagine anyone would like a rock hard peanut butter sauce for anything. They definitely need to improve that dipping sauce consistency, or remove it. Everything else tasted great, except the peanut butter sauce on my burger. It was lukewarm at best. Not sure why it wasn't heated up before adding it to the burger?! I've had this burger numerous times and have never had this problem. We hadn't tried their onion rings before and we both enjoyed them. You don't get as many as you do when you order fries, so we were happy that one meal had onion rings instead. They are very generous with their fries portions. Overall a decent experience. Not as great as I remember, but we left full and satisfied with our meals. Not sure we'll be running back anytime soon, unless we get takeout and skip anything with peanut butter sauce. Killer delivers again! We stopped in while running errands and grabbed a quick lunch. We ordered at the counter and grabbed a table. We split a hard cider (the drink options are great here). After our last visit was a bust, the manager reached out and made me feel as thought he seriously cared that we were disappointed. He invited us back for free burgers and oh my gosh, the service had improved 100% and the tables were being cleaned after each guest. They have some of the best veggie burgers hands down!! The staff was so attentive and came to pick up our trays when we were finished eating. I also got the watermelon refresher drink(can't remember the official name) and it was sooo delicious and refreshing. For a sit down fast food burger place I really enjoy killer burger. My favorite burgers to get are the Fun Guy and the Peanut butter pickle bacon. I always get the pint size and it's perfect for me. The Swiss fondue on the fun guy is so yummy and the peanut butter sauce on the PBPB is what makes it. Fries are thick cut fries, I like their fries. Service is always friendly and quick. There's inside and outside seats (outside is small). Inside has a fun random lit tree and has tv's going and music. I always go back to killer burger! read more

My bf and I have given this particular location a lot of our money, because we really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Last time we went, they gave us the completely wrong order, no problem it happens, but the problem came when my bf educated Brianna (the cashier that took our order) about it. We had gotten no sauce for our pico pickle burger, he got a single patty instead of a double, and I got no bacon on my burger. Brianna had made sure the order was right when we placed it, but when he asked for our pickle sauce, she gave us ranch. He went back to let her know it was the wrong sauce, and she came over to inspect the burgers, and was rude about it. He also let her know about the patty and the bacon when we discovered they were missing. She ends up charging us for the patty, and then bringing us the patty and the bacon on a tray for us to construct our own burgers. Even though she was rude in the process, my bf still thanks her and she can't even be bothered to respond to his thanks. We were going to go back again today (this was a month ago), but then recalled that situation and how our meal was ruined and now we can't be bothered to support this business. I staff was nice and I had the Classic and a beer on tap. It didn't take long to get my burger and fries but they forgot my beer. I had to go up and ask and they had to look up my order. The fries were nice and hot and the burger was okay but I couldn't find any grilled onions on the Classic so that was pretty disappointing. I was thinking the staff was doing well with sanitation but I saw a staff handling the cash register then handling food though not much cash actually gets handled. Well I haven't been to Killer Burger for several years and for $22 for a burger and beer I will probably stay with a brewpub. They do have a pretty good tap list. read more

I've been to Killer Burger in previous tips to the PNW and knew my husband needed to try it for the first time - he loved it! This was my first time going to the Hazel Dell location and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, customer service, and speed of service. I'm a huge fan of smashed style burgers and this definitely delivers in terms of flavor, but the real star for me are the French fries. They are SO CRUNCHY yet somehow fluffy on the inside omg, fantastic! However, I was not a fan of the type of mushrooms used in the "Fun Guy" burger. The texture was a bit chewy and the mushroom was too fungus-y for my taste. The buns on all the burgers could be improved if they were dry and crispy since ours were a bit soggy. All in all, still a great place to grab a smashburger. read more

My sister and I stopped by Killer Burger on our way to a concert. It had a rocking vibe and served hard cider, so we were off to a good start! We are both gluten free, and she told me these buns are delicious, along with the burgers. After placing our order with the friendly woman and sitting down, she (Kayla) came and informed us the were sold out. She was so sweet and offered a couple of options. We loved how it came out on a bed of crisp shredded lettuce. YUM! A friendly gentleman (Jake) came up and asked us if we enjoyed our meal and we certainly did! Killer burger was voted best burger in Vancouver in 2020! Not sure how I only found this place a quarter of the way into 2021, but nonetheless I found it! This location is the closest to me and they offer curbside pick up. The easiest way is to order on their website and call when you are outside. Curbside pickup is located to the right of the restaurant when facing it. They have a side door that they bring it out of. They are now offering indoor dining as well. I've also ordered in restaurant for takeout, but it takes a bit for them to make your order. Every time I've gone they have really nice people working! Very friendly! Burgers are definitely priced well. You get fries with your burger. And it's a smash burger! Even better! It's around $12 for a meal. I've tried two different burgers so far. The fun guy and Jose Mendez (only around for a limited time). The fun guy was juicy and delicious! Melty cheese and mushrooms, can't go wrong! Jose Mendez was soooo good, but sooooo spicy! If you like spicy this is the burger for you! My husband always gets the bender burger. Bacon and crispy jalapeños! The kids meals are awesome because it comes with bacon on it! For the last 5 years I've been extolling Killer Burger to everyone I know. Best burgers I've ever had. Occasionally I've made excuses to make weekend trips to the Portland area when I couldn't get down from Seattle on business, just to have the amazing Jose Mendoza burger. Now comes the sad part. Last weekends visit to to the Hazel Dell location was a disappointment. Still trying to get an answer on if they have change from "Fresh-Never Frozen-Ground Chuck", or if the preformed flavorless patty I was served is a permanent feature. It's just not the same. The burger came with fries. The Teemah burger was a bit salty but good. I suspect they seasoned the burger patty and combined with blue cheese which contains plenty of salt made it extra salty.
