Flight of all their beers that aren't IPAs.
Rose D.

3-Stars = A-OKAY New taproom location in WA for this Oregon brewery. They have a good amount of seating inside & on their patio. Currently 14 of their own beers on tap, and a whopping 8 of them are IPAs. We're not IPA fans so the Hubs & I shared a flight of all their other beers. They were playing great tunes and the beertenders are friendly & happy to answer questions. We didn't try their food, but they have a small menu, since they don't actually have a kitchen, of a giant soft pretzel & a handful of sandwiches if you're hungry.

Flight of 6 mini beers $15

Great amount of beer for the price, service was quick, communicative, they wrote back and forth with me with paper they provided. Their environment is brightly lit, lots of windows with an amazing selection of flavorful beer. You just earned yourselves another regular

nachos $18 add chicken $6 add queso $4 plus 20% tip. not going back for myself unless i forget how to use a microwave.

Brothers Cascadia Evergreen Pub - Fresh fried pork rinds with cheese dip... keto friendly!

I went to yelp and was looking for somewhere to go and Brothers Cascadia stood out with all their options. The steak sando and the chicken sando both looked great so we ordered one of each and shared - boy they hit the spot! This is such a fun spot! A good balance of a neighborhood pub but also a place I could bring my kiddo and enjoy a basket of fries. Everyone on the staff was so friendly too. I look forward to coming back.

He enjoys playing dj with his curated music, which also had merit, but again was too loud for a weekday lunch. I'm not an old fart, (I think he and I were close to the same age) but old enough to have lost some hearing in my youth, and it was still a bit loud. The pork rinds were good, surprisingly generous and tasted very fresh. I liked the Tajin on them, but would have preferred it to be an option (shaker on the table) rather than just full coverage. I would have shared them, but the person I was dining with doesn't care do the spice. I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger with the sauce on the side and it was a generous portion, that was well-cooked. Just the way I ordered it! That being said, the beef was relatively tasteless and the whole sandwich was extremely greasy. The bacon on the sandwich was plentiful and not as greasy as the burger and cheese. I don't know the fries would be seasoned. It may or may not have been on the menu, I honestly can't recall. The place seemed well kept and customer oriented, food service wise, but the ambiance could be dialed down for the lunch crowd. If there was an alternate burger available nearby, I might not give Brothers a second chance. But I can't hate on it. Just a few too many flaws for the price, which was not cheap. Paying over $5 for a Mexican Coke was pretty steep since I didn't see any fountain options. But lastly, too be fair, the bartender was VERY kind!

They had a lot of taps so a wild variety for everyone but it is rare that we find places more for me than Ben. Between the two of us we tried 12 tasters while there, 7 being for my styles! Aside from the beer, they also have a really yummy looking menu and Ben zoned right into the pork schnitzel they had, which I don't see on the current menu but it was amazing! We also had the beer cheese soup as a starter. Everyone was super friendly, even offering to take a few photos of Ben and me enjoying our beers and food while making great conversation. With the amazing food, spending a few hours here was like nothing and 100% helped with making sure we ate while trying so many varieties of beer. Worth the short drive to visit and I'd suggest them to anyone who likes sours and ciders!!

Placed a DEPOSIT equal to the min charge expected for large group using their room. Food I ordered (chicken) was rubbery and pretty tasteless. But the worst part was they kept ALL of my deposit, not just the piddly amount we were shy of meeting the min charge by. This resulted in an overcharge of over $100. On what planet is an establishment entitled to retain what was clearly labeled in the contract I signed as a DEPOSIT, not a FEE on top of the full check amount with $0 credit given for the deposit. I never went back and still tell anyone who will listen. Glad this location closed. Heathen thieves!!
