Well my wonderful California chicken sandwich was a disappointment. I cut it in half and the whole chicken was on one half and the other did not have any chicken on it at all. So I cut the chicken that was on one side of my buns in half and put it between the buns on the other side of my side in between the buns that had no chicken on it. I also moved one of my piece'sof bacon from the side of my sandwich that had the chicken on it and put it on the other side of the sandwich buns that did not have any bacon on it. I took a bite of the one half of my sandwich that has some chicken on it and it felt like I was chewing on a rubber tire. I then proceeded to eat my house salad that I ordered with my California chicken sandwich and it had romaine lettuce in it. So it seemed like it was their ceasar salad. I asked the manager who delivered it and he reassured me that indeed it was a house salad. Who the heck serves a house salad with romaine lettuce, small pieces of tomatoes and croutons. Idk It's not the waitresses fault at the bar but they never asked me once how my meal was. Only the one waitress asked if she could take my place with the other half of my sandwich still on it. I then asked the waitress to get the manager. The manager came out about 5 minutes later. I told him that I was really looking forward to a really good chicken sandwich. Unfortunately that did not happen. I asked him if they microwaved the chicken. He said no. I showed him with my knife just trying to cut into the chicken that it was difficult to do. I then told him that the chicken was tasteless and chewy like a rubber tire. He asked me if I wanted anything else. I told no and if it was ok with him would be comp my food. First time here and tacos were decent overall. Unfortunately, the Big Bang tacos were mid bang and felt overpriced for what you get. The shrimp had more breading than actual shrimp, which was a bit disappointing. Our waitress was kind, but service was a little lacking. So this was actually my second time here. Me and my wife went here recently for my birthday lunch. I must say the ambience here is fantastic. If you like rock 'n' roll, music, great food, selection, and great beers this is a must go to place. There are video monitors everywhere in the restaurant that plays classic music videos from the 80s all the way up to present day. love watching and listening to the old 80s videos from Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe, and the like. They really get you in a good happy mood. Every single booth or table has a unique table design with a different musical artist emblazed upon it. The floor that you walk on to get to your booth or table has miniature record LPs featuring artist names. There is, what I think, giant electronic billboards with musical artist that adorn the ceiling. Cool unique music memorabilia from different artists adorn some of the walls. I just don't feel my words can do enough justice to how cool this place is. They have a vast menu selection of not just burgers (which are fantastic by the way) but they also have pizza, pasta, tacos with different meats for the ingredients and desserts.! Our server, and I forget her name now, was fantastic. She kept checking on us and made sure that we had everything that we needed and she reminded me since it was my birthday that I get a free dessert which was bread pudding. Now I've never had bread pudding before, but let me tell you...oh my gosh, it was great! For those of you who have had it before you know what it taste like, but for others who have never tried it before, and I had to describe it, it tasted just like a warm, soft cinnamon roll! We were grabbing a bite to eat before the show with about 2.5 hours to spare. We walked around and this was an option. Although when we got up to the counter we were met with "are you on the list"...we weren't aware there was a list. They said we could sit in the "bar area" but limited menu and would be a 45 min wait for an actual table. We took the chance of eating and ordering from the bar. Seemed a littie hectic as one bartender stated she is making drinks for a lot of people and it will be a bit. Luckily another bartender opened up and we put in our order. It was a glass of red wine, lemon drop & their 2 burger with shared fries deal for $20. My Leno stop was probably the best I have had and wish I could've gotten another but we waited more than 1 hour and a half and never saw our burger and fries deal - while tables around us were getting their food. I went up to the hostess desk and was met with a lack of customer service skill and pretty much told it would right out...Another 15 mins later and we still didn't have it. I went back to the hostess desk and asked for the manager. Didn't really seem to care and "blamed it on the bartender" and refunded our entire order (which is why I rated them a 1 because we were expecting to pay for our drinks but thinking they wanted to get refunded d of us). This review is only for the bar. The casino has a main bar in the center of the casino but this has better quality drinks. Unfortunately, they do not have a decent lager. Boo! Drinks are very expensive, as well. Just expect to pay more. Granted, the drinks are good (mixed drinks), but the beer isn't what I prefer. After I first tried the pizza, I decided to give it another try. The next two times it was pretty decent. But now they've changed it, for the worst! I don't know if it's fake cheese or what but it's a melty gooey mess, where everything falls off the crust. The crust is also not great, it's too mushy and floppy. Stopped in for lunch on a whim. The road to the parking lot is crazy confusing with multiple roundabouts with one way entries and exits going in all directions. Despite ample parking, navigation to where you need to be isn't really intuitive. Admittedly, we circled around for a while trying to sort it out. The road to the main lot is accessed well before you get near the casino. If you miss it, you're going to be lost in the maze. Luckily, it wasnt too busy and we didn't upset anyone going the wrong way multiple times. Once we got sorted out we went inside. The casino is clean and a non-smoking atmosphere. They appeared to have a good selection of newer slot machines. It's quite nice but we only took the time to eat lunch. The restaurant has ample seating and they weren't too busy on a Wednesday afternoon. They have a good selection of craft brews on tap and offer 20 oz. pours. We ordered a couple of beyond burgers with fries that were delicious. The food came quickly and service was great. Two of us with the food and drinks were in and out for around $50 with tip (happy hour) which seemed quite reasonable. The burgers were messy but very tasty. We'll make a point to come back, especially now that we will be veteran navigators. Signage could be better, maybe some additional painted arrows so people don't get turned around. read more

The salad was drenched in dressing and the onion rings were stuck together but an enormous amount. Our waitress was amazing and so apologetic since it took 40 minutes to get our food. Listen I love Ilani and I genuinely wanted to love this place that just opened in the casino. So my friend and I both brought our moms to come and enjoy this for lunch dinner one night. We got some pizzas and a salad. I will say this the salad had old lettuce in it and that's super disappointing for a place that's as busy as this. I was terribly disappointed in the service during our visit. We waited for over 30 minutes to even be greeted and then we waited over an hour for a food even though other people around us were getting their food we didn't quite understand what was happening and we never did get a response. When I called the server over and asked her what was going on she said that it was on its way out and then it did come out about 5 minutes later but give me a break an hour for two pizzas and a salad is a little bit extreme. And I'm not talking about big pizzas I'm talking about personal pizzas basically. Listen my friends and my mom really enjoyed the pizza I thought it was just okay. But Different Strokes for different folks right? I might go back and try something else if I get free food from Ilani otherwise I'm not going to. The location was very very clean and inviting although the music was extraordinarily loud which you would expect since it's a rock place. We went to grab dinner before a show and it was not crowded at all when we got there. We were on a little bit of a time crunch, but we thought 90 min would be enough time to get the burgers and fries , eat then walk the few steps to the show. We were seated and waited for 20 min on our server to come take the order. We knew what we were having before we even got there and to not complicate this we went with how it came except one person asked for no pickles . Seems easy enough right? Two Smokehouse burgers , one no pickles , both with fries. She took the order and brought the drinks quickly. She came by and told us we would have our food soon twice . 35 minutes later, The food came out, and a different server brought it. She asked who ordered the burger with onions ? We were confused and asked her which had no pickles ? She said "I don't know" , "I have no way to know" handed me both plates for me to take one and pass the other to the person next to me ...so we took them and tore into them trying to figure it out for ourselves never did figure out what the onion thing was about . Of course this is the type of server that will be annoyed when I don't tip 20% . My second issue was By the time the food came out 35 minutes after we got the drinks, the ice was completely melted and watery drinks . - just saying that tip is getting smaller and smaller . Our original server came by and asked how we were, but honestly , we didn't want to rock the boat , we were eating fast trying to get to the show. I am pretty sure the problem is the server was bussing all of her own tables . --That seemed ridiculous to me since there were several other employees standing around talking or sitting at tables on their cell phones . - just an observation- The burgers and fries were good quality even if not prepared as ordered but acceptable for sure. The fries are not the best I've ever had (I don't care for natural cut) they were hot but overcooked, they give you plenty of them. We will go back and try something different next time , and hope for a better experience. The decor in there is amazing, and I took a ton of pictures since I had so much downtime waiting on food . I recommend you go try it, let me aso say the prices are not that much above what a McNasty meal costs currently so go for the decor and the music . read more

I was so excited because the particular group that was playing was all about the 90s so honestly, I was having the time of my life with karaoke in the booth waiting to be served. The food itself was extremely disappointing, it was very overpriced and had zero flavor. The service was struggling as the atmosphere is extremely loud when there's live performers, but they did their best, and I absolutely appreciated that. We were not greeted, we even grabbed our own menus in front of the hostess, who was completely oblivious, and we were not even offered silverware until we asked for it. It was just very scattered experience overall. The environment was fun because the music was totally hitting the vibe, but that's not related to the entire restaurant experience. If you need to eat, it's an option, but there are other others extremely close that would provide a better value. My sandwich was extremely dry, there was no pop of flavor at all, they charged a dollar extra to have ranch on the side with my fries that arrived later in the meal and that was not advised prior to ordering that. Nachos were a good flavor, but we paid six dollars extra plus tax for chicken and it was so dry and bland. It's food and it feels to avoid. read more

I've been meaning to get in here for a while to eat and I'm glad I finally did. The whole experience was a lot of fun and the food was delish! They have so many fun little added decorations inside that make the experience so much more immersive. The record album cover menus, the "worholesqe" table art, these guys even decorated the ceiling for when you rock out as hard as iggy pop. Our server was Francine and she was a sweetheart! One was 10 and one was 12. She had the chicken Philly and I had the tri tip sandwich. Both were really different but both were delicious. I couldn't really pick a winner because they were both great. The tri tip was rich and juicy. The bun was more dense and the sauce made it so good. It almost tasted buttery. The chicken Philly had a soft bun and it was also well cooked. That pillowy bun was perfect to contain the cheesy peppery chicken love on the inside...now that I think about it I may like that one just a tiny bit more lol. The fries had just enough seasoning and the ranch has to be home made because it's like nothing I've had before. So good. We came on some kind of blues night so it wasn't totally packed in there. We were seated at a table, the only table that has the glaring sun directly on you, it was not busy and lots of tables available. After being at this table for less than a minute, a young lady brought us water and we asked if we could move to another table and explained the reason why. She agreed that it is the worst place when the sun is out. She then said we could not move unless the actual server allowed it because each server gets the rotation of customers to make it even for each server. I felt she should have offered to notify the server at the very least or just offer us a different table and then notify the server of our new location after the fact. She did neither and stood firm that we would have to stay there unless the server moved us her or himself. That is not customer service that is the attitude of a person who thinks they are doing us a favor by allowing us to dine here. Needless to say we told this person that we were leaving and promptly left. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. read more
