my husband and i went over to killeen auto sales in hopes of getting a truck and within 24 hours of stopping in, we now have a beautiful new truck. the process was really easy and they were very helpful in making the final decision between which truck to choose. take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, as we had not a single bad experience here. everyone who helped us was amazing. we went to a different auto sales business before this and there was a huge difference between the two! todd and everyone here are very professional and actually care about helping people get into the car they love! they are not like other car lots where they are pushy and just want your money. i would definitely recommend talking to todd if you're looking to get a new car!

Terrible to work with, especially over the phone. For those looking for vehicles and want to attempt to negotiate don't even bother here.

We visited, test-drove it, and genuinely liked it. Unfortunately, everything went downhill when we discussed the numbers. The sales representative returned with an astonishing $18,306.97 OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE! That's over $5,500 ABOVE the advertised price! I immediately questioned the charges. First was a $2,800 lifetime protection plan I NEVER requested! After challenging it, she removed it. Next were $449 for window tint (despite the vehicle appearing to have factory tint) and $995 for an ELO GPS system. Nearly $1,500 for tint and GPS? Seriously? She claimed these accessories were already installed and included in the advertised price. I explained that if they're included, they shouldn't be added separately. She insisted they were reflected in the price, yet the paperwork clearly showed otherwise. When I requested their removal, she said they were MANDATORY and couldn't be removed. But the moment I said I would WALK, suddenly they COULD be removed! Interesting how that works. I then questioned the $225 documentation fee, P&H fee, inventory tax, and inspection fee. I have no problem paying legitimate government charges like sales tax, title, and registration. But I expect transparency regarding additional fees. The representative struggled to explain several charges. When I questioned the P&H and inventory tax, she dismissed them as "only being $30-$40." My response? "Yes, out of MY pocket!" Whether it's $30 or $3,000, customers deserve to know what they're paying for! I presented my final CASH offer of $13,412.56 OUT THE DOOR, accounting for the advertised selling price, taxes, title, and registration. Keep in mind: * The vehicle had been sitting on their lot for 114 DAYS. * The front passenger seat was torn. * Both front tires appeared close to needing replacement. * WE WERE CASH BUYERS, READY TO PURCHASE! The manager then presented paperwork claiming they'd spent approximately $4,000 preparing the vehicle for sale before leaving to discuss my offer. Then the GENERAL MANAGER approached with an explanation I found unbelievable. He claimed the vehicle was MISTAKENLY priced around $12,500 when it should've been $15,000, and they'd supposedly corrected it THAT MORNING, but the website hadn't updated. I'm sorry, WHAT? A vehicle sits unsold for 114 days, and suddenly you INCREASE its price by approximately $2,500? How exactly does raising the price of a vehicle that's already struggling to sell attract buyers? He then said they'd "HONOR" the advertised price. HONOR IT? THAT'S THE PRICE THAT BROUGHT US THERE! His final offer was approximately $13,637.6 OUT THE DOOR, compared to my $13,412.56 offer. He refused to negotiate further. SO WE WALKED. And before anyone says we walked over less than $200, understand this was about PRINCIPLE, TRANSPARENCY, AND TRUST, not simply the difference in price. We came expecting to negotiate a $12,758 vehicle, only to receive an $18,306.97 quote containing THOUSANDS in unwanted add-ons. Charges initially called "mandatory" suddenly became removable when we threatened to leave. I can't help but wonder whether they assumed that because we're a younger family, we'd simply accept whatever numbers they presented. I can't speak to their intentions, but I certainly didn't appreciate how this was handled. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY PEOPLE DREAD BUYING CARS! My advice: GET AN ITEMIZED OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE BEFORE VISITING! QUESTION EVERY FEE! DON'T ASSUME A CHARGE IS LEGALLY REQUIRED JUST BECAUSE A SALESPERSON SAYS IT IS! We genuinely liked the vehicle and were ready to buy, but this dealership's handling of the transaction completely destroyed our confidence. ONE STAR. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

Scott my super kind salesman, Sean the finance wizard, and Josh the manager were so fantastic! my husband is normally super negative at dealerships but while we were waiting on numbers we talked with the staff about anime, they truly made our buying experience so easy. Also a special shoutout to Thomas and Taylor! While my husband and i were stationed in GA they answered all my questions for 2 months over the phone before we were ready to purchase!

Once I agreed to the price thinking I was getting a Certified Pre-Owned, I was then told it was Cloe Bay certified and they refuse to certify any WRX vehicles at this dealership. The car I bought was within the Subaru criteria for purchase. I contacted Subaru of America and let them know this is a shady tactic. SoA only offered a $300 parts voucher and did not care to correct the dealership. I should have driven to another dealership, but that part is on me. Service guys are nice but whoever installed my windshield made a mess of my car. Had to have another dealership fix the auto headlight sensor after the aftermarket windshield replacement. If they tell you it's certified, get a full definition of their "certification" because it's not through Subaru, and basically just means it has 4 wheels and drives. For the price I paid I should have gotten an actual Certified Pre-Owned car through Subaru.
