This local Irish pub is tucked along the streets of FiDi. It's a chill spot to grab a pint and hang out. The Jack & Coke are $8 each, which is pretty great for Manhattan. We also tried the PB&J shot ($6), which came in a tube. It really does taste like PB&J though.

    * very empty and easy to get seated / super chill vibes *our waitress last Sunday was so nice and helpful and even brought our dog a water dish *had some booomb cod fish tacos. usually so picky about them and these were pretty legit + mozz sticks + homemade huuge fried pickle rounds + Guinness Stout & a Blue Point draft. fish tacos were so, so crispy too + charred tortillas + large pieces of Cod. *great drink specials prices and fun changing options *huge interior + tons of tvs for game or news watching *quaint exterior barstools w ledge for hanging out outdoors (down the street from South Seaport area) Fried pickles were homemade, perhaps a smiiidge too big. mozz. sticks better than average. beers nice and cold. great space to hang out for a bit and grab a bite!

The drink specials here are off the chain. Solid prices for Fidi and a lowkey spot to just chill and get the pregame or postgame on. Highly recommend the Sunday Funday deal which gets you wings and a rum cocktail for 15$

This brings back great memories in the heart of FiDi where you'll find a nice two story irish bar. Their prices remains the same, just like happy hour prices. The $5 pbj tube shot was probably the best steal ever . It's delicious and filled with liquor. The bartenders are so nice. The owner has been struggling this whole pandemic but they still make all the drinks and food affordable. Please support whenever you can !

Nice quiet place near the financial district for an afternoon cocktail. After almost 9 miles of walking around little Italy and China Town on a chilly spring day, it was time for a quiet cocktail break. Spying this spot, we walked in. Perfect quiet Irish bar with no loud music so we were able to catch up. It has that great old school dark wood. A comfortable place. The Irish coffee was piping hot and piled with plenty of rich whip cream. Service came with a smile.

Great happy hour! One of the rare and few.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Daniel, was beyond amazing. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary meaningful. It never felt forced just thoughtful, polished hospitality. The team went above and beyond when we brought our wedding cake (which had been frozen for a year). Not only did they accommodate it without hesitation, they helped decorate and present it beautifully you would have thought it had been baked that same day. It was such a touching moment for us, and they handled it with care and enthusiasm. As for the food: incredible. The steak tartare was perfectly balanced and beautifully prepared. The tuna was fresh and vibrant. And the Beef Wellington... honestly one of the best I've had in New York City. Perfectly cooked, rich, elegant, and absolutely worthy of a celebration dinner. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: romantic, warm, refined but relaxed. It felt special without being stiff. If you're looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it. We will absolutely return.

We started with the steak tartare with Melba toast and caviar. For entrees we had the creamy cavatelli with maitake and squash. Our waitress, Eleni, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our visit. The food and drinks were outstanding. We were so impressed with Eleni's service that we made sure to share our compliments with the manager, who was also a pleasure to speak with. Fortunately, The Grey Dog's Chelsea location had a large picnic table in the back (and yes, we had to make a reservation in advance). Even so, the seating was a bit tight and uncomfortable. FRIED CHICKEN & JOHNNY CAKES - 18 I wanted a mix of sweet and savory, so this option seemed like a good one. Each order came with two strips of fried chicken tenders placed on top of two large cornmeal pancakes, each bigger than my face. The fried chicken was heavily-breaded (perhaps a bit too much), with white chicken meat underneath that varied between juicy and dry The pancakes themselves were pretty forgettable, and I wasn't a big fan of the lemon ricotta or chili-spiced syrup on the side. Most of our group found their entrees pretty underwhelming. Additionally, service was really slow, and the kitchen forgot an order. Personally, I wouldn't return, especially with so many other great options within two minutes walk away. Edit: Owner pointed out that their chicken is not breaded. What I meant is that the chicken is heavily-battered. Sorry!

Our server didn't check up on us, and seemed to want us to leave quickly after dropping off the check. We would have been happy to pay the $65 each for afternoon tea, but it wasn't worth it and frankly, I was agitated by the whole ordeal by the time I left. We were also disappointed by the food items (as they were lacking) and nothing about this was like other experiences we had with other afternoon teas.
