Delicious, hot and fresh food! We tried this for the first time at the Bay Care Sound. We chose this food truck out of many options because the food looked and smelled great and they had great combo options to try multiple different items on their menu! Ultimately we ended up getting the smash burger with fries (10/10), all the pirogies (no notes) and the kielbasa roll. Everything was hot and yummy. The portion of fries was huge and I saved about half for later. The men working were very nice and helped with recommendations. They got our food and fast and it was almost too hot to eat! We went to a show tonight at the Baycare Sound and didn't have time to eat beforehand. Luckily, they had many food trucks there and we landed on Kielbasa Bus. It was awesome! We had the Kielbasa on a roll, pierogis, smashburgers and fries. Everything was hot and fresh. The Kielbasa was awesome- good amount of snap in the sausage and flavorful onions and veggies on top. The pierogis were also a highlight. I asked the guy at the truck if he recommended fried or boiled and he immediately said fried and they didn't disappoint. I have nothing negative to say about the Kielbasa Bus! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their food is always SPOT on, the flavor of the pierogis with the grilled onions is chefs kiss. I've never tasted such an amazing kielbasa sausage before, so juicy, so much flavor. Kielbasa Bus has the most delicious polish food! So happy we first came across the truck during one of Channelside Tampa's third Thursday. We loved their pierogies so much that we decided to hire them for our wedding after party. Mark and team showed up with the truck and served all our guests. Finally got to sample the outstanding Polish food at the Anderson Snow park for the July 2nd Red, White and Brews Festival. Only my Babcia's kitchen would surpass the kielbasa I had - together with three potato and cheese pierogi served with sour cream. Thoroughly enjoyed everything - and totally forgot to take a photo of my dinner. (But there's always next time!) Whenever you see this food truck, run, don't walk, over to get the food made with love! So happy I got to enjoy it that I will go looking for them in the future! read more

Excellent kielbasa. They came out to our rv rally at the Sun & Fun campground and did a super job of serving over 100 of us rvers that had 56 rv's at the campground. Everyone enjoyed everything that they purchased and the three young men that served us did a great job. Extraordinary food from an extraordinary family. You MUST check them out! My fiance and I tried their keilbasa, fried cheese pierogis, Polish fries, and veggie Zapiekanka (Polish version of French bread pizza ) and everything was exceptional. I've never had pierogis as incredible as their's! They are fried to perfection and stuffed to the brim with creamy cheese! The kielbasa was smothered in buttered onions and dill and the Zapiekanka has this wonderful smokiness to it and was oozing with cheese We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! read more

This is a family owned local food truck. Definitely the best Pierogis and onions I've had in years!!! I tried the potato and cheese. I'd like to try their other varieties. The Kielbasa was tasty with a nice pop. The Pyzy was pretty good. My least favorite item sadly was the potato pancakes. They were thin and dripping with grease. I wouldn't order those again. Worth a visit for sure. My recommendation is to stick with the Kielbasa and Pierogis with the delicious sautéed onions. read more

Ordered the kielbasa with 6 pierogi. They let me get half and half so we did the mushroom and also the bacon and cheese. The kielbasa was fresh and snapped as we bit into it. Wonderful flavor. Pierogis we had fried and they were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were more than fair. Definitely worth a stop even if you aren't super hungry. I waiting a long time (they said 10 minutes, was more like 25 minutes), but I was on the earlier side,11:30 a.m., so maybe oil was not hot enough to start cooking? The potato pierogies were okay. The sauerkraut and mushroom were different and really the best thing I tried. The potato pancakes were very greasy and thin. From the pictures, I thought applesauce and/or sour cream would be included...I did not ask for any, and glad I had some at home. $7 for 8 pierogies was a good value, but $6 for 3 tiny, flat pancakes with no side is pricey in my opinion. Overall....If you are looking for a great food truck in my area, seek out the Lobster Truck. read more
