Incredible experience at Kids Tooth Team! The office is absolutely beautiful, clean, and completely designed with kids in mind. Everyone from the assistants to the doctors were so professional, kind and great at keeping my kids engaged during the entire cleaning. Highly recommend them to any parents in the area! read more

Such and amazing care team! So patient and kind, just a very fun environment for young kiddos and even older ones. Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend!! Hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and most helpful office we have experienced.

We travel from Austin down to Buda, on purpose, because we love this location sooooo much. The location is clean and the staff are always sooooo nice and professional. Let's be honest.....going to the dentist can be scary and painful for kids. This location has made it an easy and comfortable experience, for our 8 year old. Over the last couple of years, he had some cavities and needed a tooth pulled (crowding), as well as bonding. All our experiences were amazing. We love how proactive they are, on our son's preventative care. Thank you read more

Got care when we needed it! Had to wait a little bit, but very normal. Been going here since they opened. First time meeting Dr. Elizabeth. Hilarious seeing my sweetie get her x-Rays. read more

Dr. Alex and her team make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable! They listen and sure all questions are answered! I have been to dental offices that rush and don't allow breaks, but Dr. Alex and her dental assistants ask throughout the appointment how you are doing and if you need a break at any point! I highly recommend Kids Tooth Team! read more

I have been calling for hours to have an email with the payments we have made for our insurance and i just get dismissed. I have called several times and all I get is we will send it but cant give me an eta or anything. will not be going back. read more

This office is the best! From the front desk staff being so welcoming from the very first minute, to the assistants in the back, to the absolutely amazing Dr. Alex (love that lady!), I would not consider taking my kids to any other dentist. My kiddos actually like going to the dentist!?! (so weird coming from this dental-phobe mama bear!). Whenever I bring my littles to this office, I know that they are not only getting the best dental care around, but are also building positive associations with dental visits (so that they don't grow up to be a dental scaredy cat like me!). CanNOT recommend this office enough! read more

They should rename themselves Kids Crown Team. I purposely waited over a month to calm down from the treatment plan that my son was given here, but I can't wait any longer to post because if this can save even ONE child and parent from completely unnecessary treatment and trauma, it will have been worth it. For the sake of my child's privacy, I will just say that the treatment plan from this facility was for SIX crowns under general anesthesia that would have cost us around $4,000. My husband and I initially agreed to the treatment plan and made the appointment because we were terrified. I couldn't believe it could be that bad. It crushed me, honestly. I prayed about it for days and could not shake the feeling that we HAD to get a second opinion, which I sought out for my child, the next week. Fast forward to today, and my son just completed his treatment plan at the place where we got the second opinion. He needed ZERO crowns, and only FOUR fillings (NOT SIX) WITHOUT general anesthesia. In fact, his dentist commented multiple times on what a fantastic patient he is. (He was a fantastic patient at Kids Tooth Team as well.) What is going on here should be criminal. I am literally sick to my stomach thinking about what we would have gone through here. The one star is simply for the fact that they refunded our initial deposit for the six crown, general anesthesia appointment, which we canceled about a month in advance -- as soon as we got the second opinion. Note for the office: I see that you contacted someone else who left a 1-star review. Do NOT contact me in any way regarding this review. It is true to our experience and I will not edit it. read more

Welp apparently this facility also charges a "bad Yelp review fee"? I say this because the month after I wrote my full and honest review I received a bill in the mail. This is rather interesting since all that was done for my son at ANY of his visits was preventative , and therefore covered 100% by insurance. We had never received a bill before. And if you look at the bill there are just "adjustments". Now I tried to call the office twice, first time I left a voicemail l, waited a couple of days and the lady I spoke with when I called again said the "guy who is taking care of this is out for a couple of days and will call you back". Never got a call back and then today guess what was in the mail??? Another bill ‍ maybe the only way I can get a call back is to communicate my experiences here. read more

I was so excited and looking forward to our appointments for our two boys at Kids Tooth team. Everything went downhill so fast, and I will not be returning to this kids dentist office. My appointment was at 11:25am so i got there at 11am. after waiting for an hour i asked how much longer i needed to wait? The receptionist apologized nonchalant, went in to ask and magically we got called in. Waited another hour in there for both my boys to get a two minute cleaning completed, left the dentist office at 1pm and charged $125 each (first visit special) total $250. Everyone kept apologizing nonchalant like if it's just something they needed to say and didn't actually mean it. I feel so disappointed, i had read so many good reviews and so excited for this place. I highly recommend Kids Dental Smiles. I am just going to drive a few extra miles next time. read more

Momma's in the South Austin/Kyle/Buda/Dripping Springs area, I totally recommend this pediatric dentistry. My 18 month old had the time of his life today! The staff is over the top amazing and Doctor Alex Otto is super sweet, patient, and gentle. The vibe is just super welcoming, you won't want to leave! read more

I had an appointment for my almost 2 year old today at 8 am which is the first time slot available. I still had to wait 45 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. Being the first appointment of the day, I would assume that those appointments should start on time. It was just a clear disregard and disrespect of my time. They had absolutely no sense of urgency. The actual appointment only lasted for 10 minutes. I really like the dentist there and the staff, but today I had a very disappointing experience. read more

Took all my kids here (ages 5,14 & 16) and it was great! My kids enjoyed the movies they were able to watch while waiting and the staff was great! Such a cute atmosphere too read more

My 3 yo daughter visited Kids Tooth Team for our first visit last week and I was so pleased with our whole experience! I was nervous because my daughter is very shy. She visited our family dentist once when we lived in another state and screamed the whole time. We recently moved to the area and don't have any friends or family here. It is hard to blindly pick doctors from an online search. But I really lucked out with Kids Tooth Team! My daughter was a little timid during the visit. But everyone made her feel as comfortable as possible and she did so much better than I ever thought she would. The office is so clean and the whole staff is amazing. My daughter actually said she wants to go back to see Dr. Alex! read more

We brought our daughter in to the office today. From the moment we walked in the environment felt very welcoming and once I spoke to the receptionist it felt like they wanted us to be there. The dental hygienist was amazing with my daughter and super friendly. Dr Alex has been the best dentist we have seen. She took the time to get to know my daughter and listen to what we had to tell her. She explained things really well and made sure everyone was comfortable with the plan of treatment before walking way and ending this visit and scheduling the next one. I have not seen my daughter be as excited as she was about being at the dentist as she was today. When I asked her about the dentist she said, " I love this dentist l, she was awesome" read more

5 star service every time. The dental assistants, front desk team and the dentist are all excellent. They leave your child feeling great and looking beautiful with their smile. I will only take my daughters here. read more

Don't waste your time taking your kids to this "pediatric dentist" They can't handle a scared/crying child and will turn you away. Instead of calming down and reassuring not only the scared child, but also the parent, they will say they can't do whatever they need to do and that you need to find another dentist. Not only were we turned away, they also decided that I was neglecting my daughters tooth and called CPS. They claimed that my daughter had a tooth that needed attention for several months and that I was neglecting her and the care she needed. I gave them not one, not two, but THREE chances to do what they needed to do for her tooth and all three times was turned away! Not sure how this place can say that their "office is built with you and your little one in mind" or that they've "thought of everything to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to get your child started on their journey to lifelong dental health" Please save yourself time, embarrassment, and money and go to Buda kids teeth instead. read more
