Since my son is in kindergarten from 7:40-11:45 and our appt is always at 1 we never know how much he will be able to tolerate after he gets out of a school. So if he is having mental breakdown they don't care. You have to bring them in otherwise you start getting charged for each missed appt. Starts to really add up. There are days i really want to pull him because of their policy. But because of how much progress he's made there we haven't pulled him.

Please take your child elsewhere to save yourself the harassment from the front office. If you refuse to place a card on file (for them to charge several hundred dollars incorrectly, multiple times), they will threaten to drop you as a client. To Karen, I have expressed how important they are to our family and our child and our worries with being charged incorrectly, and they placed a note in the file, and then charged us incorrectly again a few weeks later, without authorization. The lack of customer support and service is unsurmountable. Karen, you deserve a better place of employment. Avoid. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
