There was a line of customers and not only did the sales team keep the line moving, they did it with smiles and friendly greetings. We were fortunate enough to have Jared call us over to his register. He has a bright smile, welcoming demeanor and could chat with us and work at the same time. Brilliant! I am so grateful for the outlet stores because I'm still able to pick up those basic Tee, shorts and the best Jean jackets ever made. I literally still have my first jean jacket I bought 15yrs ago and a few more still in the best quality. This store is located in middletown so it's convenient to travel here, I always have to make a mad dash into the store because I love good bargain prices. They always have an ok selection of casual tops, dresses and jeans, if only the Gap would change the style of the clothing from very basic to sheek/trendy street wear then I'll be here often, however I have to say the men's selection have stepped up alot, I bought so many shorts and slacks and bottom downs for my husband and everything fit perfect. Again I love the marked down prices that are great for budget-friendly shoppers like myself. The staff was friendly and almost everything looked organized and easy to find. Apparently Gap and Gap outlet are two different stores even though they have one website. I was there for well over 20 minutes waiting for the girl behind the counter to figure out that gap and gap factory were two different stores. I ended up having to go home and mail the shirt back. Thank goodness she was nice enough to give me a return box. I will say the store inside from what I observed was clean and stocked really well and everything was neat. I just wish they would have taken my return back.
