Because of his height, significant alterations were required, bringing the total close to $700, with a substantial portion going toward tailoring. I was told the clothing would be ready on March 20th. So I arrived at 6:00 PM on March 20th to pick it up. When I got there, the manager checked with the tailor and informed me the items were not ready. I then overheard that the alterations had not even been started. The work required included sleeve adjustments on the jacket and both shirts, as well as hemming the pants. I explained that I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania--over two hours away--and asked if the items could be shipped to me. The manager declined and instead suggested I wait about an hour. Given the amount of work still needed, and my schedule, this did not feel like a realistic or reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. There was no apology and no effort to offer an alternative solution that would make things right. As a result, my son will not have properly fitted clothing for his first event. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication and customer service, particularly given the clear expectations that had been set.

I don't shop here all the time, because sometimes I find the prices a little high for the quality, but if you go at the right times, and get items on sale (ex. Black Friday, other holiday sales) you can get very good deals.

Without taking her hands off her cart, and taking her eyes off the device she was using, she decided not to look up at me, she pointed and said "in the back on the wall". Ok, rude. She wasn't helping anyone that was evident or to be seen but ok, maybe today is just not her day. I walked to the back and saw the bedroom shoes on the wall. Still didn't see what I was looking for. A pale face, greasy haired woman was approaching me so I decided to ask her. As she approached I began speaking so I could ask about my shoes and she walked right past me without saying a word. When she heard me say "okaaaayyy" she then said, without looking at me " I'll be back. I'm helping someone else" and she kept going. She radioed someone and I was left there standing in the boot section. The short, wig wearing person approached me again and I guess she was coming to help. But she just looked at me like I was ruining her day of fingering her device. So I decided not to accept any help and I walked out. I've already unsubscribed for any emails and stopped all text. I'll shop where I'm welcomed and appreciated.

I was told by the cashier that in order to get them at the lesser price I would have to go on the app and have the candles shippped. When I placed my order for 4 candles through the app I got a message stating not in stock. I then changed my order to store pickup and got the message saying out of stock, yet the shelves were filled. I spoke to the store manager showed her the app screen and was told there is a glich in the app and if she changed the price she would get in trouble.
