When I first walked in I was quite pleasantly surprised. Expected to find a tiny little consignment shop full of clean, overpriced brand name clothing but instead found a large, enticing assortment of used items, spanning two decent-sized rooms. The first room has a good cozy, cluttered feel, with a good selection of books, LPs, DVDs, board games and other assorted household items. They didn't have as much clothing as I would have liked, and what they did have was a bit on the nicer side. Would it hurt to throw in a few ripped up flannels or discolored, old Western shirts? Overall though, a good mix of Goodwill-type items and lower-end antique store fare. The second room is mostly furniture, and a pretty good selection depending on what you're looking for. Additionally, the staff is friendly and do a good job making you feel welcome. Have to give this place a good review as I'm pretty confident that most thrift shoppers will find it an enjoyable experience, even if it is not 100% my cup of tea. However, I will be making it part of my regular rounds when shopping for old, non-functioning hoardable items in this area. Who knows? Maybe I'll get lucky one day and find that musty, gross old coat with used tissues in the pockets that I've been hunting for (hint hint). read more

This place is well laid out and has a diverse amount of offerings. The bad news, it is not well lit and the pricing on many items is higher than retail on sale. The clothing and shoes were very high in my opinion. My hubby got some LP records for $1.00 each which were on tables outside full of $1.00 items. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. There are several items stacked up around the store with a sign "Do Not Touch". Put the pricing on it or keep it in the back room I say. read more

This is from the consumer's perspective. I DID not sell any of my items there but simply browsed purchased. I've been to alot of thrift shops and this one takes the cake. Very well organized, neat and room to walk, albeit not supermarket aisles. I got a beautiful christmas wreath for half off as it was after christmas. They had tons of really neat stuff in great shape that was all CLEAN, which is rare. Usually thrift stores seem to take stuff in and put it down in random piles that you have to sort through. Everything's ordered by general function and theme and then further by color and general size. Overall very easy experience to browse and find something neat. Really great kitchen items, wooden and antiquety looking - I'm no pro but it looked pretty cool. Some of the stuff was definitely a little overpriced, I mean I'm not paying close to full price for a ten year old kitchen appliance, even if its new - but hey.... overall a really neat place to shop. read more

This place is more a destination than a store! The owners are fun and the place is jam packed with things that are a bargain whether it be a knick knack, vintage, antique or an every day item. And speaking of every day, I usually also find something on the $1 table that changes daily. I've been to this store a dozen times and if I had the money to spend, they'd run out of inventory! As for the negative reviews, there's two sides to every story so if you feel the need, speak to the proprietors. Otherwise, count on a deal. The merchandise is quality, some things NIB. Your Treasure Shop is upscale without being pretentious yet ubiquitous, bringing in people of every intention. Casual shoppers, Pickers, Collectors and this guy. The business card for this consignment store reads "Cleanouts are our Specialty." And they sure cleaned me out by taking lots of stuff I needed to sell when I was moving out of the area. But then they forgot to hold up the other end of the deal which was to pay me after the stuff got sold. And it wasn't just minor items but a mix of art, furniture, kitchenware and brand new clothing. I called, I emailed and except for one small check they sent for some of my stuff, NADA. Save yourself getting shafted and sell on ebay or craigslist. read more

Same problem as cici. Brought in desk and chair to sell on consignment. Checked on it, saw that it sold, asked about payment, they couldn't find record of sale. I called a few times asking for a return call and resolution to no avail. Don't waste your time. read more

Love this Place and my kids do too!!! We go at least 1x month to see what they have new, and my sons love to go to see what new toys/ collector figures they have. The people are always VERY nice and always Make my family feel welcome. Their prices are VERY fair and are willing to Neg. on prices if Possible. read more
