Also, they are great sales and prices on their clearance items, which is fully stock with shoes that are more in style and in season; not as dated as some stores. I would agree with some of the comments here that at times when I come to the store, the customer service is a hit or miss. There are times when you are greeted as soon as you come through the door and/or someone ask if they may be of assistance. Other times, it can be crickets and the staff here seem to walk around as if they don't want to be bothered. lol. This does not bother me personally, but I can see how others may be offended, especially when you're spending your hard earned coins in this store. A little customer service, goes a long way.Other than this, I have no complaints. Between the huge selection that seems to be ever-changing and well stocked items for males needing larger sizes, this store is the place to shop for me. For males, there is a huge selection of male athletic, hiking/walking shoes, and dress to casual shoes as well. As for the females, there are plenty of shoes, variety of styles, and accessories (bags, belts, clothing, etc). as far as I can see across the floor of the store. You can't go wrong with this place...imho. Of course, I'll be back. I had a fantastic experience here with choosing my new running sneakers…read more About a decade ago, another running store introduced me to the ASICS Gel Kayano and it suited me well year after year. I had no problem buying the updated versions online. However, the latest model absolutely destroyed my feet that I would feel pains in my arches and soles after only 3 miles! The most terrible thing is that the ASICS online store does not take returns or exchanges for worn shoes so I was out of $300 with almost brand new shoes. I searched around Arlington for a store that would assess my gait and also a store that would take returns/exchanges so that I would have to be strictly liable for running shoes that do not fit. Pacers fit the bill and so much more! The representative (apologies for forgetting his name) was SO helpful. He performed various tests on my feet, and recommended several models. He was quite knowledgeable about the different running shoes and discussed their pros and cons with ease. I ultimately left with new Brooks running shoes, which has restored my running to be enjoyable again. Highly recommend if you are searching for new shoes!

It's DSW so who doesn't love them, a discount, or shoes, mmmm? mmmm? who???!!! lol This location is very clean and since it's located on the upper level it is very bright with lots of natural lighting, which I love. There is an escalator and an elveator available to make it is accessible to all. The parking is wherever you can find it but you can get a free hour at the Harris teeter parking lot or free on the street after 6 pm, otherwise, you have to pay. Decent selection of shoes but this is a smaller store, size-wise, and that also means that they have no bathroom, should you need one. Kinda no bueno in my book, because you never know, and there were customers inquiring for one. The staff was friendly and they only had one cashier working but it was not busy on a chilly, fall, Saturday afternoon, so it was no big deal.

I didn't want a new pair of shoes, though, so I went on browsing the store. Then the sales guy came up to me again: "You try them on, I make a special price." As I said, I didn't even want the shoes...but I was curious--it had been four months since my trip to India, and I was nostalgic for bargaining. I tried them on and he knocked off ten bucks. That's when I got in to it... "...Oh, I don't know." I was saying "My avias were only 60. These don't seem breathable. What's the material, anyway?" "Material?" he said, "This is full grain leather." "It's not full grain," I said. (In bargaining, always invent bogus faults to bring the value down) "Not full grain!?" he shouted, "This is Airmax 9!" Then, after scowling awhile, he said: "I'll give you 80." "Give me 60." "70," he hissed as I walked out the store, quiet enough that other customers wouldn't hear. It was a damn good price, actually--turns out that those shoes are $89.99 on Eastbay. Really I shouldn't be writing about this on Yelp, because I don't want to hurt the man's business by spreading word of secret low prices...but the point is these guys will bargain, and I like that about the store. Overall a good place to find the newest, rare, and vintage shoes. A good selection--just don't get pressured into buying something you don't want, because these are shrewd salesmen.

Yes, I had checked in via text message, but relying only on this communication seems like bad policy. What if I had been waiting for a different immunization? This CVS in Target did not have that. I'm guessing if I had needed to take off a sweater to get a shot, I would have been giving all the customers in the pharmacy area a lingerie show. What went well? Digital check in was smooth, and I got email confirmation right after getting the shot. Even so, I don't think I'll use this pharmacy again!
