The ball pit area where older kids can play had this virtual gaming screen that was quite captivating for my son. He really liked playing there. My daughter on the other hand had a blast bouncing around in the basketball court area as well as the big Lego block building spot for babies. The food area seemed quaint here. Parents were in line grabbing snacks and drinks quite a bit while we were there. Guardians are not charged and not required to wear grippy socks. They have a lot of different attractions such as The Floor is Lava obstacle course, huge ball pit with an interactive play screen, large play structures with multiple slides, basketball court with many hoops of variable heights, a giant ground air trampoline, tube slide, food and drinks for purchase, quiet private pods (for nursing, phone calls, etc) and even a peripheral track for adults to walk around and get exercise. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. So definitely a few areas of improvement needed, but overall, we had a really great time!

The staff is attentive and kind and I love that parents can relax a bit while keeping an eye on their kids. Perfect for any day. There is even a coffee station for the parents! I like the wide variety of activities available to kids (trampoline area, tons of ninja-warrior-like equipment, the ball-shooting area, and toddler-dedicated play spot). I was amazed there were zero casualties the day I took both my 5 year old and 18-month old there one weekend. There were so, so many kids and adults hanging about that day. And even though you pay for the 2-hour slot, I don't think they really keep tabs on when the time expires as the capacity of the spot got tighter and tighter as we neared the end of our 2-hour slot. Even though it was extremely fun for both my kids, the place definitely needs a bit of a renovation on some of the areas and honestly way too overstimulating for a working-mom like myself. I visited this KTR location using my GetOutPass, and after recently visiting the newer Mesa…read morelocation, the difference was pretty noticeable. The Mesa location has a lot more gym equipment, obstacles, and activities for younger kids, while this location feels much more like an open warehouse space with fewer things for little ones to do. The skate area is definitely larger here, but overall there wasn't as much to keep my 7- and 9-year-olds entertained. There were also a lot more older teens here, which made me uncomfortable letting my kids explore on their own. Even the 6-and-under area had bigger kids playing in it, and the main wheel zone was filled with older boys riding around pretty aggressively and balls just being thrown in different directions. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We needed to use the restrooms as soon as we arrived, and they were very dirty--toilet paper was all over the floor and multiple toilets hadn't been flushed. The facility also felt worn down, and some of the equipment looked like it could use better maintenance. I'm glad I was able to visit using my GetOutPass, but I don't think I would pay admission to this location. I really wish the GetOutPass included the newer Mesa location instead, as it's a much better experience for younger kids. The teens all working at the place also are too busy talking and mingling with each other...
