Adorable shop that carries European clothing brands that are not only high quality, but the cute designs are exceptional and exclusive, that you can't find anywhere else in the area! I'm so into supporting small businesses, and when I arrived at the shop, I was cheerfully greeted by the owner, Tammy Jo! Not only was she so friendly, she helped me find the perfect gifts that are a total hit! About three months ago, I qualified for new Infinio spheres, I was off island (Hawaii) but persuaded my provider (Ryan Himeda of Family Hearing Aid Center) to mail them to me. My new HA's were not much different from the last set I had. I was underwhelmed. When I finally got back to the island and visited Ryan, he made some changes that made a world of difference in my hearing quality. Just goes to show that HA pros really know how to adjust the HA's to suit the customer. Family Hearing Aid Center and in particular Mr. Ryan Himeda are the best.

The sales lady (I imagine she is the owner) was very pushy, she did not allow us to browse the store. We made the purchase plus left her a car seat to be cleaned that my friend passed down to me (she only used for 1 child & kept it in great condition) as we were making the transaction, my son was looking through some puzzles that I agreed to buy for him, she was rude to him & asked him not to touch, even though we were planning on buying one (he is not a toddler, he is very well behaved) first red flag! I was induced that week (not planned) so my husband rushed over to pick up the car seat the day before we left the hospital. When he showed up, she handed him the car seat & told him that we were missing the straps! She blamed us/my friend. My husband could not leave without straps as we were planning on leaving the hospital the next morning. The woman, finally agreed to give us straps from another car seat, so we could use the car seat. When we got home, I reached out to my friend, to explain the situation, after I sent her a pic of the car seat, she stated that the handle was not the same as when she gave it to me (this one had scuff marks/used more). We reached out to Jolly tots to find out if they had switched the car seat? She was super rude & stated that this would never happen at her store, nor the straps being lost. After no resolutions, I came on here & read other reviews that stated they had lost the straps & other pieces of equipment that was left for cleaning! So clearly the woman lied. We believe they switched the car seat my friend gave me (hers was newer) and gave us an older car seat. Also coincidentally, they have a similar car seat posted that is in great condition, like the one my friend gave me. Also the value of the stroller we purchased was not worth $300 we paid, it had several deep scratches & looked very used, but because she was pushy & rushed my mom and I (did not allow us to browse or even think about our decision) I was unable to inspect it properly. We know this is our fault for not inspecting it before but she was so pushy & rushed us the entire time we were in there. This is a long review but wanted to let customers know NOT to trust this woman or this store. We regret giving this place any of our business.

Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I purchased a pair of kids' shoes from this Cotton On Kids location, and after only one day of normal use, the shoelace broke. The shoes were brand new, and this was clearly a quality issue that should have been addressed. I returned to the store and politely asked for a replacement or refund. Although I no longer had the paper receipt, I provided my Apple Pay transaction record as proof of purchase, including the payment information from the store. However, the store manager refused to assist me and did not make any effort to verify the transaction or provide a reasonable solution. I understand that stores have return policies, but a product that breaks after just one day of normal use should not be treated like a regular return. Customers should be able to expect reasonable support when they purchase a defective item. I am very disappointed not only with the product quality but also with how this situation was handled by the store management. I hope Cotton On Kids will improve its quality control and customer service training so other families do not have the same experience. I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this location unless the company improves how it handles defective products and customer concerns.

I wrote Joovy and called about the issue on the second day I got someone on the phone she asked me to send proof, I did and she told me they would replace it then sent an email saying "case closed". I asked if there were any discounts that could be given for the inconvenience. She told me sorry, no. I said okay as such I would be posting my situation online and in reviews and likely reporting them to bbb. I commented on a bunch of their posts on instagram they told me to call them immediately after they subsequently blocked me on instagram then requested a return to sender on the ups order that was already in my state for a the new and correct stroller which I paid for! They are ignoring my calls, emails and have not refunded me my money. This is my first and only experience with the company and I will be sharing this information on every platform I have- they have lost numerous customers from this and all I wanted was some accountability! It's all been extremely frustrating. I cannot say for the price it's worth it because I simply never received what I paid for. I've also seen other reviews of them sending out used strollers so.... Great place to meet with a group of friends!…read more Plenty of parking and plenty of food options to meet everyone's needs! My husband and I chose the Thai restaurant with green curry and pad see ew and it was amazing! We sat with our group of friends outside and conversations sometimes got loud competing with other tables, but there was great weather and plenty of tables and chairs. Walking under the roofing, it kind of feels like Las Vegas with the cloud pictures. It's a very great place to meet and I definitely would return!
