GLO Mini Golf

Got to come here again with friends and had such a fun time! I love how all the mini golf courses…read moreare themed around famous landmarks from around the world And the glow-in-the-dark concept always adds that extra touch of challenge and excitement haha There are about 27 courses total, which I think is a really good amount and makes the whole experience feel worth it. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you visit during a busy time, you might end up waiting a bit behind the group ahead of you before starting the next hole. But overall, still such a fun spot to come to with friends!

We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

We recently held our annual employee meeting, training and celebration at Infuzion Zone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a safe and welcoming space for our team to reflect on last year's accomplishments and plan for the coming year. The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event. Highly recommend for company gatherings, team-building, or any group celebration. Thank you Infuzion Zone!

One of the staff members, Elah, explained the game perfectly and made everything super easy to understand. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The laser tag itself was exciting, well-organized, and honestly way more fun than I expected. I would 100% come back again and I'm even considering having my birthday here... even though I'm in my early twenties. That's how good it was!

We had such a blast literally enjoyed all the rides we did get to experience which were plenty and did some toss the ball and ring toss with Saul whom was also helped by Jake in accommodating our group. The Big top restaurant had joyful people working even with the influx of people. To end the night the mini golf closed earlier than usual but that was unforeseen Ivan was extremely helpful and empathetic about the situation. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK LOVED IT!! Everything is perspective make with what you have instead of longing for what's always been change is inevitable.

Only reason this place got two stars from me is because my teenagers loved the Fireball…read morerollercoaster and my youngest liked the merry go round. Other than those things this place is mediocre and run down. The train was not in use, the food was so bad we didn't even finish it. The fries were cold, me and my son's burgers were so salty and burnt, my fiancé's "asada fries" were SPICY with some guac and sour cream slapped on top! Just an overall bad experience, then my son wanted dipping dots but they were sold out everywhere inside the park, and it was only 2 hours after opening. On top of that the basketball arcade game took our credits twice, we never got to play a game and it was "nothing they could do about it". Most of the workers SEEMED LIKE nice people but the food was TERRIBLE! Add that to how hot it was, the $20 parking that was marked $15 on the website, my Easter was ehh. Oh there was a random Peacock roaming around, I was hoping that it would open up its feathers, that would have been a site to see.

This is our 3rd or 4th time coming here. My tween and her friends love it. We even had her…read morebirthday party here last year. Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. This is my first time actually sitting down. The concession stands seems reasonably priced and decent food.

visited Big Air with my son today expecting a fun and safe environment. We arrived around 7:00 PM…read more(they close at 8:00 PM) and I paid full price for him to jump for the hour. About 25 minutes into our visit, my son came to me crying with a staff member and told me another child had punched him in the face after an argument. I was informed that staff were speaking with the other child's parents. As a parent, I teach my child to keep his hands to himself, so I expected the situation to be handled appropriately, with accountability and an opportunity for both children to resolve things respectfully. However, when I addressed the father, the situation escalated immediately and unexpectedly. He began yelling, using profanity, and pointing aggressively at my son, telling him that "next time he needs to watch his effing mouth." He continued cursing at my child as if he wanted to put his hands on him, while also coming toward me in an aggressive manner. His partner joined in, and both adults, along with their children, were using profanity and behaving in a highly confrontational way. I remained seated the entire time and did not engage. I was honestly shocked at how quickly the situation escalated and how unhinged their behavior became. What I expected to be a calm conversation between parents turned into an aggressive and unsafe situation. I felt genuinely fearful for my safety and my child's safety. At one point, another adult nearby stood up because of how threatening the situation had become. Despite this, the staff response--particularly from an employee named Sage--was extremely disappointing. Instead of prioritizing safety and de-escalating the aggressors, Sage repeatedly told me to leave along with them. I was not the one causing the issue, and I was actively trying to remain calm and safe. Other parents even questioned this decision, asking why I was being told to leave when I was clearly not the problem. It did not feel like safety was a priority in that moment. I ultimately felt so unsafe that I had to call the police to ensure I could leave without being followed or further confronted. By the time officers arrived, the other family had already left, but I remained inside until I felt it was safe to exit. What was also very disappointing is that at no point did I receive any apology from the staff for my son being punched in the face. Instead, when I requested a refund--since we had been there less than an hour and the situation forced us to leave--Sage responded, quote, "there will be no refunds given." That response, given the circumstances, was extremely dismissive. I have visited similar facilities before and have never experienced anything like this. In other environments, staff take the time to de-escalate, ensure safety, and offer support when incidents occur. Unfortunately, that level of care was completely missing here. There also appears to be a lack of proper security or trained personnel to handle aggressive situations involving adults. When you are dealing with the public, especially in a family environment, there should be clear measures in place to protect guests when situations escalate. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. No parent should have to worry about their child being physically harmed and then feel unsafe and unsupported afterward. The handling of this situation, particularly by Sage, did not reflect the level of professionalism or safety expected in a place like this. I would not feel comfortable returning.
