Have to give them a one because of the terrible customer service. I had an expired Groupon that I knew was only good for the value that I actually paid. When we checked in the guy was extremely polite, told us just to present it at the end, and they would deduct it from the total. Great. We went and bowled and Lane had had more problems than our normal. Issues with ball returns, Lane, not resetting, and slow to rectify the issue. When it finally came time to check out, we went up to the counter and I showed the guy the Groupon. this was a completely different gentleman. Then he started getting rude. You know you should've shown that at the extreme beginning so we could've deducted it. I said we showed it at the beginning and the gentleman said to show it when we check out and pay for our Lane. I don't know why he would tell you that he said. Finally, he's taking it off because you do know this things expired. I said yes I do that's why we're only asking for the amount that I paid which it says right on the Groupon you will do and not the to, his interaction was demeaning and rude. Too bad because the first guy was pretty polite. If it wasn't for that, I would say the place was pretty good. Came here with a few of my friends. Staff at front desk were rude and unwelcoming. We hadn't been to this specific location before and had questions but the guy behind the counter looked incredibly annoyed and had a bad attitude for anything we asked. The wait time given was super vague; they said something like a few minutes to an hour which okay I guess but when we arrived there were more than a handful of lanes opened so it didn't really make sense. We ended up waiting 20 or so minutes to be called to the front for our lane which was fine. But then disaster struck. To mine and everyone else's horror, we were handed the most filthy, rancid shoes we've ever laid eyes on. Not even exaggerating. You can totally tell the back and side part of the shoe (around heel/ankle area, pictured below) was supposed to be white, but it was covered it this thick yellow-brown layer of dirt so it wasn't really white at all. When you put them on they were greasy and smelled as well. None of us were expecting like new shoes or anything but come on man at least clean the shoes between customers. This is unacceptable and disgusting. After we put on the bacteria ridden petri dish shoes and sat down at our lane, we realized this place was more for retired hobby goers and people who are trying to be professional than it is a family / friends establishment. Majority of people there were 40+ year old guys that had professional shoes and custom balls they brought with them. Which alright fine I know they can't control who walks in or whatever but idk the vibe felt more judgy and unwelcoming than it did a fun entertainment type place. The bowling balls weren't clean either and had finger prints and dirt covered all over and inside the holes too. We brought disinfectant wipes with us thankfully but when we cleaned the outside & inside all of our wipes turned black. Like come on guys would it be that hard to invest in some sort of spray for the sake of basic hygiene and customer safety? Geez. And to top off the actual bowling experience the ball return didn't work half the time. Don't bother asking the staff to address it either because they'll just tell you "it'll come back eventually" and walk away as you're standing there like an idiot wasting the time you paid for waiting for a ball that will never return. As for the food and the drink options you're better off getting a meal at Chuck E. Cheese than you are going here. Beer was super watered down, probably to cut costs. Pizza was as unimpressive as the $3 off brand frozen pizza you'd find at your local grocery store. Mediocre and over priced. And as for the bar / pool table area it was totally empty and not running at all. A staff member explained that they don't serve drinks at the bar anymore, just at the food truck window thing they have there. And the pool table wasn't even functioning. Not that I would've wanted it to be anyways, as it was covered in mystery stains and more filth. This place is a bacteria ridden nightmare. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. read more

This place is CRUSHES!!! Our soccer team hung out to bowl and eat in between games, and it was the perfect spot for us. They put us in 3 lanes out of the way and the service was extra friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Cat and her team, they'll treat you right when you come and bowl. P.S. honorable mention to the bartender who gave us some cups of water to fill our water bottles. Hydrating for soccer in that heat is key. Thanks Bowlero Norco! read more

I wanted to reach out and give some feedback. We had my sons 6th birthday party there on Saturday and here is a couple of issues. First, they overbooked the venue. There were no lanes in between each party and in turn that meant that other parties were eating our food because they didn't know where each party ended. Unfortunately for me I had parties on both sides which meant both parties were eating food we paid for. That is until a staff member put a sign up " Vincents party food" Second, Our food was placed on two bricks when it came out which meant that when they put our food down it tumbled over and had to be remade. The two hour "endless" food ended up being late because the kitchen was severely understaffed. This meant our party didn't get to enjoy the unlimited food and over 6 boxes of food were taken home because no one got to eat. I feel for the amount I paid for this party to make sure my son and our guests had a good time was not worth what we received. Im extremely disappointed in how this all went. Although the staff was very friendly and did their best with what they had, I cant say that this was a good experience for any of us. My feedback would be to really come down and take a look at what each event needs. You are booking parties and not even going to see if everything came out ok or if theres enough space. As an event coordinator these issues should have never occurred and staff shouldn't feel like they cant handle the party. The entire place was severely understaffed and it was definitely reflected at the party. Your customer should feel at ease and the price we pay for the party we should feel as if we got, for lack of a better phrase, bang for our buck. My entire party left to In n Out because they were hungry. How embarrassing. This was a HUGE disappointment to say the least. read more

No no and more no. Went here a couple weekends ago and it was soooo freaking loud. I couldn't even hear the lady over the music and her mask on. Walked in and they take walk ins which is nice, but boy is it pricey. It was $8.99/game per person. $5.99/shoe rental. So you're looking at $100 for 4 people for 2 games. That just seems absolutely nuts to me. That's not even including food. We got our shoes and they look like they haven't been replaced since the bowling alley opened. They had divots in the heels and overall just worn. I swear the lanes are tilted. Every ball we threw down the lane went to the left. It was astonishing. There were no balls. Couldn't find any size XL 13 pounds. Like 1 in the whole bowling alley. Anyways, won't be back. read more

Booked a party for my son's 8th grade promotion for a Wednesday night. When I booked the event planner advised weekdays are normally very open with not many parties. Normally it's just the leagues playing so they would do their best to give us distance to enjoy our party. However when we arrived we found out there was a few parties booked including what looked like a sports team banquet, so you can imagine how busy it was. With all that being said, the staff and management were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! We were not left feeling forgotten at any point. Our food and drinks came out timely, as did the replenishments. The service didn't stop after the 2 hour bowling time either. We hung out a bit to use our arcade cards, and even with that staff took amazing care of us, if a machine stopped working Alex was on top of it. After experiencing such a smooth birthday party for my 7 year old, I had to run to help to rave about it! I hosted my son's birthday here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and as soon as I stepped foot to the bowling alley, we were greeted by the staff and I was amazed to see how clean it was in there. The staff made checking in was an easy task, they decorated the bowling lane to make it more personal, they consistently refilled our food and beverage table, had the manager do a birthday shout out, and even gave us an extra 15 minutes of bowling due to our last pizza coming out later than expected. Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Groupon for bowling for 4, expecting the 2-hour deal as advertised. When I called ahead, I was told Groupon users can't make reservations but are welcome to walk in. Once I arrived (around 2:30 pm) , I was told only 45 minutes were available and advised to either come back another day since the day was booked or try a different Bowlero location. As a Groupon purchaser, you basically have to get lucky, come in early, or guess when lanes might be available. Why offer the deal if it's not going to be honored or given any consideration ? Had an awesome time at Bowlero last weekend, we got invited for a birthday party. The ambiance was so cool, staffs were courteous and helpful. The birthday girl and her little invitees had a blast. They provided bumpers for the little bowlers, so the ball doesn't go to the wrong directions ha ha Food was great, they crews were very attentive, sodas and drinks were always filled up. Restrooms were well maintained. The arcade was decent, lots of selections and cashless. So awesome. We'll probably will consider this place for our upcoming birthdays in the future. When we went to check out, another worker let us know it was $8.99 per person per game. Fantastic! We booked a party for my daughter for last weekend and everything was perfect. It was a last minute thing for us due to rain and booked only 1 day before. When I called, Melody was super sweet and answered all my questions and put together a package that was right for us. She emailed me a detailed quote and gave me some time to look it over. When we arrived, there was not only a designated person but a whole team to assist our party. They went over all the details and time for food and were able to accommodate a couple extra people. The food was actually really really good. The servers checked on us often and were very nice. I was stressed for it being such a last minute plan but was very pleased with how smooth and worry free everything was. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend it. The Manager, Alex Quezada, was very professional! Great place to bowl. They have unlimited bowling in the evenings every night. Lanes are maintained well. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that unlimited bowling is cosmic bowling where they turn out the lane lights. Being a league bowler, it makes it a little harder to work on things. However, going with friends or family to just have fun, cosmic bowling is fun. read more

The customer service is great here, we came on Memorial day expecting it to be crazy but it wasn't too bad and both the man and woman working there were so helpful and friendly. The female managers there are always busy, whether they are helping their staff out with checking in guest and helping with parties. Always available for customers questions and super courteous.
