Every single time I have visited, the staff have been rude, snobby, and honestly just mean. The last time I went I told myself I would never come back again, but I decided to give them one final chance -- and it was the same experience all over again. The last time I went, I dropped off multiple boxes of items. I had arranged the items in a specific way so I would be able to tell if they were actually going through everything. By the time I had barely left the parking lot, they had already texted me saying they were done. When I picked the boxes back up, it was obvious the items had barely been touched, which confirmed they didn't actually go through them. Not to mention, some of the clothes they are selling are way overpriced and honestly pretty low quality for a used clothing store. It doesn't make sense to charge those prices for items that are clearly worn. At this point, the owner really needs to step in and manage this location because the way it's being run feels completely out of control. I've visited multiple times hoping the experience would improve, but it hasn't. I will never visit this business again and I will absolutely be directing and advising others to do the same. For anyone looking for a better experience, the Tempe and Gilbert locations are much better. The owners there are awesome and they do a great job actually running their stores and treating customers with respect. I see I'm not the only one with issues reviewing around staff, resale and more after coming here to look at reviews!!! This has been going on for a long time looks like at least the past two years! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.
