Great spot for resale kids and baby items. They have huge selection and organized by size. Tons of strollers, games, toys and books as well. I sell and get the store credit, and I love that they keep my store credit in their system which is accessed by my phone number. A perfect place to find coats, ski pants and snow boots! I also love the new items such as dance tights and sunglasses. They even have a book club. The staff could be friendlier (they say hi but they are all a little dead behind the eyes) and they seem to add more and more requirements for "check in" each time I go in. read more

With the prices here a parent might feel like a kid (to kid) in a candy store! This resale shop is very well organized and probably is one of the most spacious of the ones I've visited. The staff here are also friendly and I was greeted when I entered. A good portion of the store is devoted to clothes, with toys lined up against the wall. They also have a good selection of strollers, some swimming gear and suits, accessories, with a few pack and plays, gliders, diapers, and booster chairs (Just to name a few items). The clothes prices were the best out of all the resale shops I browsed through, and they were currently having a 70% off color tag sale. With onesies as cheap as $.99 you could theoretically get a piece of sale price clothing for just a little over $.30 (You big spender you)! They also offer a rewards system based on points which gives you discounts for future purchases. Overall it's a nice store and a good place for second hand kid's items. read more

I was well over due to clean out my closets and had not been in years to Kid to Kid. I started going to this location I think about 10 years ago. Their customer service is still great just as it was years ago. The staff was welcoming, didn't make me feel bad for accidentally including items that were stained and explained their buying procedures clearly. They were also time efficient going through my large box and bag of items. My daughter really enjoyed shopping all the unique and cute impulse buys around the register. Some of the staff seem to be very stuck up! I have found that they pick and choose designer names. I was once told we kept the cute stuff! Very selective, they don't like Walmart brands, or Jc penny but if you have cap, old navy, guess, or justice you are in! Don't find the morning staff friendly at all. Staff a little stuck up, they think they know everything, I wonder how many of the staff actually have children? However the store is very organized, and if you need something yes they have nice things. I just think when it come to buying they are very selective... especially when you over hear the staff saying negative things about the stuff you bring into the store, it's not okay. read more

They might be OK to buy from but whatever you do never sell him anything. They will literally offer you pennies on the dollar and turn around and sell them for retail or very close to it. We brought in brand new toys still in the Box and we were offered less then 1% of what we paid for them. read more

We have loads of nearly new name brand clothing, toys and books. We called Kid to Kid to ask about the protocol when bringing items in, they said to make sure all items are clean. All of the items we gathered where laundered, no imperfections and toys cleaned as well. When we arrived it was moderately busy but cleared out quickly. When we packed items I removed them from expensive storage vacuum sealed bags into new 13 gallon sized bags (not willing to give away my expensive storage bags). The retail girl that greeted us said they NO longer except clothing in bags, to remove each item and lay flat in a storge container, none of which they mentioned on the phone call prior. Because we did not bring a storage container we proceeded to unfold each item and lay flat onto the table infront of us. Half way through the process retail girl seemed some what annoyed and mentioned the items where not in a storage bin and then handed us one. We stacked the clothes neatly flat as instructed. She then informed us that it was an hour and a half wait time. To this we thanked her and said we'd be back then. She instructed us that if we left the premises we were agreeing to donate ALL of the items brought in. To that we responded, that this was not a donation, then asked if we could wait in the car. Seemingly displeased she instructed us to check in every ten minutes or our things would be donated. We were parked directly in front of their business door and checked in every ten minutes as asked. The first check in came with questions from the retail girl, so where are you parked, you know YOU HAVE TO CHECK IN EVERY 10 MINUTES RIGHT.....OR your items will be donated. Things at this point seem overly redundant. We have a chuckle in the car about what seems like extreme measures that are being taken. So.....is this smart business technique???? Maybe.....telling customers there is a long wait and they can't leave when selling their items, it gives them a chance to make more money. You are a prisoner there roaming around the store and will eventually see something to buy. Or the wait can deter sellers so they end up donating so this is a 100% profit for Kid to Kid. Lastly maybe some people just thrive off of the feeling of being in control and illusion of power, so ack out of ego. For us not the best experience, don't think we will be doing any business with Kid to Kid in the future. Would have done better at a yard sale or an online market place. Lesson learned. Hope this is useful to someone else who may value their time and who appreciates good customer service. Such a rare thing these days. In regards to Covid-19, they have asked all customers to wear masks BUT with in the time we have been waiting now...we've watched over a hand full of children walk in maskless. Asking customers to wait inside for these long periods of time, maybe not a great idea in these times. read more
