Decided to try this salon because of all the good reviews. BIG MISTAKE. My nails didn't even make it one day before breaking and the dip powder didn't even cover to the sides of my nails. They charge the price of a luxury salon but are more like a 90s mall nail salon. They also don't take debit cards but waited until my nails were done to tell me I had to pay with Venmo. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will never go back. Don't waste your money. read more

This place is awful! Came in for some halloween nails. I wanted all black dip with pumpkin designs on the ring finger and thumb, the girl who did my nails her name starts with a C(don't remember) told me she could do it so i said okay. MIND YOU THEY CHARGED ME 60$. the pumpkin is so thick and bumpy. next day the pumpkin started rubbing off and my nails began to chip so i called them to ask if they could fix it. kia was super rude on the phone and super rude when i got there and had to wait 45 mins for them to fix 4 nails. KIA then began to tell me she told me that the design wouldn't stick to my nails to begin with when i first came in. I said what? Because why would i pay extra money for something that would just come off? She then had an awful attitude and said a smirky ass comment when i walked out. Walked in after frustration w another local salon. Appointment necessary. Almost left but they were so friendly about it and the salon is very clean. Came back for appointment and so glad I did. They did a great job. Easy to communicate. Patient with my indecisiveness. Excellent work. It's peaceful and smells good in there. I'll be returning. They're busy and may have a wait even with appointment but I see why they're popular. Plus I was there at 5:30 busy rush hour. read more

Okay just had to say that I had the worst experience at Kia's Nails. I went based off of the great reviews here and online. I called for her prices and was given a fixed price, I get there, greeted with an attitude and then after my nails are done, she tells me it costs 25 dollars more?! What! For BASIC color no design no nothing, not even a manicure. Almost double, and when I asked why is it more than what you told me on the phone, she said you wanted square shape. Don't believe these fake good reviews. Save yourself the headache, money, and a bad nail job. Go anywhere else read more

After several (more than a dozen) visits, I'm writing this very honest review. The reason I keep going back? It's because they are usually pretty quick and will squeeze you in even if you don't have an appointment. The nails/ polish/ dip usually last and is done really well. But if you are looking for a manicure and pampering - this is not the place. First, you don't get an actual manicure with your shellac or dip even if you ask. Their idea of a manicure is the grinder tool. But they will still charge your $45 for dip. I pay $40 or $42 other places and get my nails soaked, cuticle care, hand massage - which you do not get here. The owner is constantly talking crap about somebody (either client or employees) and heaven forbid you ask for something special... they'll do it and complain about it. But the work is still really good. read more

First time for a pedicure here last week and was pleasantly surprised by the service and the protocols they have in place for safety. You come in and they ask you to wash your hands before you touch anything, each chair has dividers from the others. All tools are sanitized and you can see that. Pedicure was fast and efficient and reasonable. I will definitely be back. read more

Kia helped me fix my nails after a so-so experience at another place. I came in because the location was close to home and I had read another review, and I left very pleased with my gel fill-in and repair and asked for a simple but elegant design on my French Tips. Kia was easy to understand and offered great, personalized customer service to both myself and the other customers in the salon (even admitting a shellac manicure sounded like a better option for one person despite the higher cost/price of a powder dip.) Nicely scented cuticle oil and lotion are great touches that enhance the experience. read more

Awful! That is all I can say about this place. The owner is bossy and rude to the customers. The girl who did my nails passed me off to another nail tech after announcing loudly, " She wants to get creative and I'm to tired to be creative!" I felt rushed. The owner and her employees did nothing but complain about how busy they've been. They made it seem like doing my nails was an imposition. They rushed me through choosing a color halfway through my manicure. I told them upon arrival that I wanted to look, but the nail tech told me I could look after she gets my fill done. After this entire ordeal was done, I was told that they don't accept any form of payment but cash. When I told them I don't carry cash the owner decided that since it was my first time there, she would "let me" use my credit card. I pay taxes, Lady. You should, too. This place was dirty, unorganized and very unfriendly. My manicure is very average for the price and when I asked about extras such as nail art, I was told that the price isn't fixed. As if they just make up prices as they go. I'd give it a negative 5 star rating if I could. I'll never go back. read more
