I am so glad yelp led me here! As far as threading goes, I prefer: not too painful, even eyebrows, and not too expensive. The only place that met that criteria had been Kaya in Pico Rivera, even when I moved away. Once my parents moved out of the area, I gave up on my eyebrows. Local places usually charge north of $10 and hurt, no thanks. By a happy coincidence, not only did a new convenient location open up, but it was also one of the girls who worked at Pico Rivera! It is such a small world! My eyebrows look good, it isn't painful and 6.99 is pretty reasonable. They also have a punch card. I'll be back! read more

I recently moved to Temecula from Chula Vista and needed to find a new place to get my brows threaded. Based on Yelp reviews I decided to try this place out for the first time today. I showed up around 9:15am and arrived the same time the employee was unlocking the front door. They open at 9:30am, not 9:00am as it shows on Yelp. She was kind enough to let me in and helped me immediately. I am very pleased with my brows and I found that she (I didn't catch her name.) was more gentle than the place I used to go to. My eyelids didn't feel raw/irritated and the thread didn't feel as course as other places. Prices are great, employee very friendly. I will definitely return. read more

This place is amazing to get your eyebrows done! I have never gotten mine threaded before, always stuck with wax, but I was never quiet satisfied as my eyebrows never had a real shape to them. I went in late afternoon, not busy at all and had Divya do my brows. Despite not knowing what I really wanted she did a great job at shaping them and even filling them for me since I have very light colored eyebrows. It was also pretty painless despite it being my first time. Definitely willing to come back! read more

This was the most painful threading experience I've ever had. Also I was growing my eyebrows out and she threaded them so thin there's barely anything left. Also it irritated my skin so bad they burned for three hours were swollen and scabbed up and I'm starting to break out in that area. This was the worst threading experience Ever. read more

Alright, I first began going to Kaya Threading last year when I moved to Temecula and I loved the place. I fell in love with their prices and the work. Since then there has been so many new workers. Which I soon become fine with after I get used to them. Today, 6/28 I went in and there was a brand new lady I was okay with it because the place hires good people however, after this lady finished my face and eyebrows I checked my face and it wasn't completed so I nicely asked her to thread the bottom of my face again. Then I checked my eyebrows and noticed there were some hairs still left and again nicely asked if she could pluck them out (because thread doesn't always catch every hair) she said, oh no no pluck. I told her yeah there's hairs you didn't pluck and the other lady would pluck the remainder hairs after threading. She continued to refuse to pluck the hairs. So I asked for tweezers myself and she told me no again. I left very unhappy and when I got home I plucked the hairs and saw even more some hairs on my chin she forgot and took care of that myself as well. The new lady got to go! I'm not sure if I will go here again I'll probably peek through the window and check until they get another new person because the one there now is very rude and bossy. She also wouldn't stop telling me how hairy I was. You would think "the new lady" would try extra hard to build clientele or at least strive to keep the ones Kaya Threading already has. Used to come here when Divya was working but went yesterday and another lady was working. I had a feeling I should have just walked out when I saw Divya wasn't there. I figured I would give the new lady a try. I should have trusted my gut. Anyways, she said she was going to just clean up my eyebrow. Wow, my left eyebrow came out horribly. Too thin and straight. My right eyebrow was okay. It had a little arch to it. The new lady also kept touching my face and rubbing it. It was kind of uncomfortable. I feel bad for leaving this review but it was a bad experience there. Now I have to hope and pray my eyebrow will go out and find a new place to go. Where's Divya? read more

How is this place 5 Stars???? My daughter just went in to get threaded and they bashed her eyebrows. They took off 1/2 the hair, made them very thin, crooked and wavy. The right eye brow is thinner then the left one. My daughter is distraught about this and is now mentally and physically scared at this time. The old lady doesn't speak english very well and didn't give a shit about what she did. She specifically just asked for a clean up and instead came out with 1/2 butchered eyebrows. They were very unprofessional doing this to a teenage girl. DO NOT GO THERE OR SEND ANY OF YOUR DAUGHTERS THERE!!!!!! VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!!! 1st time coming here and was super happy I did! I haven't let anyone touch my eyebrows in months because a previous place I went to in Orange County took a chunk out of the center of my brow and also took off the end of my brow. So I let them grow out and I would do them myself. I'm heading out of town and thought it was time to get them done. She was gentle and gave me information on how to keep my brows thick and long. My brows are shaped nicely and very clean. My upper lip is smooth. Hands down the best threading place out there. I use to pay $30 just to get them waxed. Even though the lady I went to for waxing was good, I was looking for a place a little more reasonable.
