The açaí bowl was thick and filling and the PB swirl was so good. The toasts were simple but hit the spot, especially the almond butter banana. And I'm so glad I actually listened. It is located in the strip mall with a lot of shared parking however, the businesses that share this trip, Malk are really rather popular so finding parking can be a little bit tricky. The benefit those at all the parking is free. I will see the menu is quite extensive whether you want a bowl or a smoothie or something else. I did opt for a bowl and so did my friend as you can see from the pictures. I have to say everything was super delicious very generous, considering the price and because there was a promotion it was really very generous. I'm glad I wasn't hunting for any particular ingredient as it was listed on the very detailed menu and so I would definitely be coming back here again because it is super fresh very friendly and fast.

I received these assurances multiple times as a I called back repeatedly over the course of a couple of weeks now. So the only word of response was a local store manager named Hanna telling me that I have to drive in to get a replacement, and offering some "VIP" card that was not explained. Despite me bringing it up multiple times, no acknowledgement has been made of how strange it is that they require the customer pick up corrections to delivery orders. They just act like I never said it. Even pizza places deliver replacement orders all the time. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe ignored my direct message here as well. Conclusion: They want you to go away if you're inconvenient. Don't waste your time with their feedback form or phone number. The people working the phones are nice, but they clearly just hand the issue to the local store, who are apparently encouraged to ignore whatever issues they don't want to address.

Not sure if it was the owner who gave me a sample of the peanut butter granola and peanut butter chia pudding, but it was a perfect helping just "to try" and, wow, but my heart was warmed when a person of need walked into the place and she she handed him a banana. It was clear that the interaction was routine, but she had no problem giving him something to eat and it made me so joyous to see such a charitable thing. She also spoke to him like a person, not as someone that would be less because he has less. Clearly this place is run by a good person too.
