What I got was dried out red beans and gravy, on top of a container filled with rice. That is wrong, wrong! For $4.00 I don't want a container of rice. I want a container of red beans in its sauce, with a scoop of rice on top. That is still more than you pay in the South for the genuine article. I know this is due to Northerners not knowing how to serve this dish. Next time, I will ask for it the way it should be served. And I am betting they do it right.
