In fact the last time I went in there I ordered a couple of meals which included crispy tofu (it's never actually crispy but whatever) tossed in a general tso's sauce. This is the same order my wife and I have gotten on a few occasions. The woman on the phone tells us it will be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up 30 minutes later and not only was the food not ready but I kid you not, I waited inside for 45 more minutes to finally receive our order, which upon inspecting was missing my wife's tofu. I told the woman and she said they were "out of the tofu". I had already paid and it took a few minutes (language barrier) for me to see that they did not charge me for it. Still, I waited forever and was a bit annoyed and asked her why she wouldn't have told me over the phone they didn't have the ingredients for my wife's meal...because we would have just eaten somewhere else. It was then, that the cook came running over and quite aggressively said "we are to busy to make the tofu". In fairness they were busier than usual, but dont take my order then make me wait an hour for food that doesn't include one of the meals we were expecting because you "didn't have it, or I'm sorry WERE TOO BUSY TO MAKE IT!" I left very irritated and my wife was beyond ticked off waiting patiently in the car to find out she didn't even get her food. I was trying to explain what happened and she couldn't make sense of it. Well that made two of us. It just turned into a whole problem, but the solution is simple ... We won't be coming back.

The problem was the food. They included very large pieces of chicken & beef in our entrees so that made it difficult to eat without a fork & knife for every piece & some of the meat was chewy or inedible. My pad won sen was delicious but we didn't like the Mongolian beef or the chicken chow mein. Also did not like the crispy noodles that were included with the chow mein. That food just didn't taste like genuine Chinese food. Very disappointed & won't return.
