Placed an order for a 10 inch pizza with sides of 2liter Mug And Garlic sticks. What I received was a 10 inch burnt pizza and way over done Garlic sticks to the point of almost being burnt too. The Pizza crust was burnt on top as well as underneath. I can not believe that they actually sent the burnt items to a customer. The pizza is basically trash at this point, uneatable. The only good thing in this order was the cold 2 liter of Mug. Someone had to see this before they put them in a box, and just did not care. They only get the star for the pop being cold otherwise there would not be any. Basically Poor Customer service and very shady. read more

Ordered a pizza for $20. When I opened the box a mouse jumped out. It had eaten a bit of cheese off the pizza and there was no way I was eating it. I called Papa Johns and spoke to the manager (Lisa) and she laughed at me and said she couldn't do anything. Now I have brown sprinkles on my pizza, 20$ less in my bank account, and a pet mouse:) Might call health department :)) read more

I am forced to dock a star because not all the staff wear their masks properly. That being said the employees do wear gloves and they have plexiglass. The food is always good as is the service. I appreciate that they have doctor pepper and they never skimp on packets and sauce cups if you ask. read more

So, I've ordered from here before and always had a pleasant experience. I ordered a large, stuffed crust with chicken on all, half pepperoni/sausage, half green pepper/onion with garlic sauce as the sauce, not red sauce. The guy whom I spoke with repeated the order back twice, yet I got this. I called, for the second time in a week I've received 2 orders now that have been wrong. (Other one was about Jimmy John's, but they recognized the error and replaced it, no questions, etc) I was accused of trying to get free food! I offered to give the pizza back, as I did with Jimmy John's, and they still accused me of trying to get free food! I paid almost 30$ for a pizza and cookie, told them to come get the pizza, and they threatened to call the police on me! This is how I got the pizza, folks. I pulled some of the cheese back so you can see, that isn't garlic sauce. I give credit where credit is due, even if they mess up, as long as they make it right. I didn't curse at them, twas reasonable, and though they did end up giving my money back, it didn't fill my stomach. So disappointed in this new management. Had an order delivered to me, everything in the order was wrong. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times and each time my call was disconnected. Finally called a general number which was routed to a call center. The call center people had no help to give, other than giving me 'the manager phone number' that kept disconnecting. Ridiculous! When our call was finally connected, the manager was short with us and rude. She apparently re-ordered our food and let us know that it would take between 35-45 mins for it to be delivered.. Over an hour later we decided to call back, we're placed on hold for 7 mins and told that the driver was now leaving the restaurant. That 'manager' was also short with us and offered no reassurance. We definitely will not be ordering from Willoughby Papa Johns again. The wrong order being delivered wasn't a big deal, mistakes happen. The customer service from 'managers' was atrocious. Papa johns gets a bad rap for pizza, but I don't know why. Sure, it's all "processed frozen food" but it tastes good! And anyone that gets fast food can't tell me that they have NEVER enjoyed processed food, otherwise you wouldn't eat out to begin with. The pizza is greasy, buttery, amazing. Delivery is quick, no issue with any orders. Fantastic. read more

I used doordash to order pizza from papa johns paying through extra doordash fees so I didn't have to travel. Upon receiving my food I found my pizza covered in mushrooms ( I don't eat mushrooms) I the proceeded to check the door dash receipt and the sticker on the box in case I made a mistake when clicking on items. I had clicked correctly. I then called papa johns and was placed on hold for 5 minutes prior to hanging up, immediately calling back an no hold time this time. I explained the situation and was then handed to Abbey who then told me they'd remake it but I had to come pick it up because they don't deliver to my area. After expressing how that defeated the purpose of me paying extra to have it delivered through doordash she sat there for a second before saying "so you don't want it then?" I then told her I of course wanted it. I wasn't paying all this money for food I could not eat. I then proceeded to head to papa johns, arrived with the mistake, gave it to them and they grabbed my food and handed to me with no offer to make it upto me for paying extra for a delivery fee and doordash fees and tip I now no longer needed since I had turned the order into carry out. I didn't even so much as receive an apology. If this is how you handle customer service than I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Moral of the story, if you're looking for something on doordash choose someone else. They don't work along with you if they mess up. read more

There pizza is good, but my husband asked to order pizza half with no cheese and the manager said we couldn't do that. I don't understand why when I'm paying for the pizza. What's so hard about putting a pizza half with no cheese. read more

The pizza is ok if you eat it all when you get it. I like to order extra pizza so I have breakfast and lunch the next day. Pappa JOhns crust is like cardboard the next day, so it doesn't taste as good read more

We ordered two medium pizzas and a side of cheese sticks. It took them 90 minutes to deliver, I live around 10 minutes away with traffic. When they finally did get here they were cold and tasted quite awful. To top it all off it was rather expensive considering many other pizza places around here offer deals like pizza and wings for much cheaper. read more
