Cook not wearing gloves, feathers still on the wings, and not fully sauced. Will not be returning.

Some of the worst wings I've had. Garlic parmesan was dusted not sauced. The wings were all dru from being overcooked. Too many good wing options out there to waste your money here. read more

Food was hot,and delicious, service was great and very polite and respectful ,restaurant was clean,no nasty floors or counters. These are all pluses in my book read more

Wings were crispy, saucy, and full of flavor. Order was accurate, hot, and ready fast. Great portions for the price. Definitely coming back!

C'Mon you guys clean your business no one wants to eat at a dirty place... When you walk in the floors are horribly dirty. Restrooms don't even go in there. If business is dirty so is the food & most likely fryers!! Please clean up your act! read more

Workers are all guys who don't want to be there. The kid at the front, the big white guy doesn't even say hello. No manners. Was on his phone the entire time texting god knows who as he's getting my order. The food is just thrown in the bag, all over the place. And both times I have ordered it was completely wrong. Missing items etc. I'm not going back. Also maybe turn down the gangster rap in the place it makes it seem like a trap house. read more

Excellent food, love the Korean sauce. Fries are perfect. Atmosphere is chill and laid back. Appreciate the great service! read more

Wingstop - Wings. Father-daughter duo - Chicken Wings Near Me - Youngstown, Ohio

Workers were very nice and upbeat. Food is good (I wouldn't suggest the boneless wings but everything else is good). Fast service I ordered online and it was ready within 10 minutes. read more

Went into order, waited 5 minutes for someone to take it only to see employees thuggin out in the kitchen blaring gangster rap was so loud it drowned out the ambient music in the waiting area and they were dropping N-bomb after N-bomb like it was nothing. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable feel. Walked out and won't be back. They need to keep that trash on the Southside. read more

I wish I could give a half star. Horrible just horrible I will not recommend or go back to wing stop only because they can't sauce the wings properly and that sometimes the wings are dry! I even called about my last order when I spent 70$ and got my refund after getting a 10$ gift card for the issue.. and now I thought this time it would of been better and it only got worse, not even sauced and you can see the fried skin! At least the 20 drums were sauced like you would normally get them and expect.. read more

Wingstop - Mango Habanero wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Youngstown, Ohio

See all

This place needs some help. Tried it out a couple times now. Always waiting an extensive amount of time, even when order placed online to go. Staff seems typically pretty miserable. I received my latest order with plain wings, because they forgot to sauce them. We are done, sticking with BWW or Quaker. read more

Workers were unprofessional (except for the guy at the fry station, he was cool). One of the workers was digging in her ear for a solid 15 seconds before handling food and bags. She was also on her phone the entire time we were waiting. The wings were ok, nothing to write home about. The tables were very sticky, but overall the restaurant seemed clean. Would not come again. read more

Food was very obviously just thrown into the bag. Food took 15 minutes past the promised time when I was the only person in the store. Workers were also very condescending also. Would highly recommend BWW down the street. read more

I left two stars because the mango habanero sauce is the only thing saving this sinking ship of a chicken spot from going under food wise. I wish they would fry the chicken (both bone in and boneless) a little longer as every time I come here the chicken is always soggy even after a stop and wait. Customer service is ok. Nothing to be glad or mad about in that department. The restaurants interior is clean and welcoming. I love the fact they have a freestyle machine as well nice touch. read more

Very tasty and friendly service. I really look forward to eating here more! Good prices and open late

If I could leave a - star I would. The fact we drove from Pittsburgh to get food here is unbelievable. The wait time was 23 min online when I placed my order, didn't received my food until an hour after. The food was bland, and the corn was dry and waaaaay over seasoned. The staff was very apologetic for the wait time, but, the other person I came with, her food was cold when she got it, and the same way. Very disappointing between the two orders being $75 & to get this quality. I'm sure the staff is over worked, and gets hit heavy with orders, but unacceptable food leaving out with the quality it did. I cannot say I'll be back to try this location. Hopefully they can get it together & step it up. read more

I will say the wings were really good. The sauce was good and the wings were large. The issue is with the workers; they were inefficient and standing around while a line built up. The pop machine is as down and no one could get drinks. My order order was also incorrect, I ordered all celery and they gave me carrots and forgot my ranch. I paid for it however. Very poor efficiency and accuracy. It would have been 1 star of it weren't for the good bone in wings. read more

Love Love Love their wings!! Garlic parmesan are my favorite nice and crispy. The staff is so friendly. Definitely my new wing stop. If you haven't tried them yet you need to. read more

they had people waiting for a long time. there are people that are not in uniform. people are cleaning and cooking at the same time. and how y'all gonna say they are open until Midnight yet they are telling people on the phone that they are closed for the night at 9:00pm. I already know that that makes the company lose money and they said that the drink machine was down and it still has a sign on it that says down. And it deflected costumers from getting drinks that they bought. read more

We ordered dinner for our family for delivery. I did everything online and checked my order several times over. The delivery came much earlier than expected, which was wonderful, but we did not receive one of the dinners. I called to let the employee know that something had been forgotten. She asked me which item(s), and I told her. I was asked if I wanted to be reimbursed or if I would like a replacement. I chose a replacement and was told that I could pick up at my convenience. I said that someone would be there shortly. I thought everything was fine, but the employee called me back and told me her manager said to "pack up my order and bring it back for them to see what was missing." Basically she was calling me a liar for letting them know that 8 wings were missing. Words were exchanged between her and my husband (who was out of line) and not once was the employee apologetic for their mistake. The product that we received was not very good either. Will not be returning for business at any time. read more
